Shirdi Sai Devotee Ritwik from India says: And lo behold! He gave it to me though nobody was even asking for it, but He told me not to show it to anyone, lest there will be a long queue for demanding it! And then my tempo got changed, sat in another one (without extra charges, of course) and the value was worth it. As the Tata magic driver was highly spiritual in nature even with His behaviour, he kept telling me about Sawlivihir (wherein Tatya had his horse accident), it was so surreal to pass through and he kept telling me so much about Shirdi! Had asked him and another tempo driver about Takiya, the place where Baba stayed before He came to Shirdi and danced with Ghunghru, but they had no idea, also my Maharashtrian co-passenger to Shani Shignapur too had no idea.

But this Tata Magic driver told me as to how to best get rid of ego and how it happens in Shirdi and how it will remove the untoward things from your life and it was to ask Bhiksha from the same 5 houses from where Baba used to ask in Baba’s garb, and told me the how-to’s of it!

As we were nearing Shirdi, I observed some crowd outside a house and was told that some died here out of feud, and that was the second death, I observed. Elders have told me that watching a death procession while going for something is good (best if pilgrimage) is a good omen and hence why worry and above all, it’s Baba, so why think much, “Why fear when I am here?”

And then here came Baba’s blessings for our initiative towards creating His intimate devotees’ awareness and teachings!

Just before leaving, I prayed to Baba for the Neem leaf, also to add got to speak with almost all the security guards, the caretaker in front of Baba, we were all smiling, laughing and really enjoying each other’s company too in Baba’s presence! Bliss indeed! Could also witness the 33 intimate devotees’ photographs, paid my obeisance and even the priest sitting on Baba’s right looked at me. He was reading the Telugu version of Shri Sai Satcharitra!

And yet again about Baba: He was glistening, sparkling and glistening as if instead of marble the statue is made up entirely of the best of best Diamonds! Was first awestruck, then mesmerized and then felt deeply and emotionally connected with tears! Then prayed for all of us, all the families, friends, animal friends and Samasta Loka! It was a lovely union! Really felt like Him embracing me motherly! The Universal Maa, SaiMaa!

Then I went out and saw the cleaner gentleman around the Gurusthaan cleaning the area around Neem tree, the tree was cordoned off. Also to add, you get to visit Samadhi Mandir after going through Dwarkamai, the door connecting Samadhi Mandir and Dwarkamai was then open and could touch the steps of the Masjid that’s also barricaded, spent some time there by means of speaking with the security Kaka there too, found 2 very high perfuming (smell) yellow flowers at a place inside the walls of Dwarkamai, picked them both, nobody objected!

Coming back to Neem leaves, requested the Cleaner Bhau (brother) to give me the leaf lying just ahead of him, he gave me a look and then gave it to me!

Surprisingly, no one from the VIP or normal Darshan queue was scouting for leaves. This gave me an opportunity to look for more and could see 7-8 more and with a calm pace proceeded to collect them, the security guard was watching me though!

I could collect 4 leaves by extending my hand but the 5th leaf (my 6th overall) was still 1/4th of a cm, away. Made good use of the muffler (gifted by my Mommy, wore it, as a blessing from Mommy, though there was no cold at all at Shirdi) and pulled the 6th leaf towards me.

Till this time the security gentleman was shouting on the top of his voice, but He was only saying ‘Thank you Bhaiya’ and his pitch was raising, and paid him my deep hearted thanks after having collected the 6th leaf too!

And then dropped my luggage, and after a quick bath, ran to the Token counter as it was already 8:30 pm in the night and I was wary of getting the tickets.

Baba The Only Saviour

Hello All. Aum Sairam. Thanks to Hetalji and all the team members behind this noble site which not only provides us faith and patience during the most trying times, rather keeps us calm and motivated to be under Baba’s feet all the time.

Here goes my experience: Since recently my husband got transferred to Delhi for work purpose, I planned a visit to Delhi during the month of October (Dussehra time). After coming back from the trip I was in quarantine for a period of seven days as per our company / Management rule and had to undergo a Covid Test before joining office at my location.

During the 3rd-4th day, I developed a slight fever (no other symptoms like cold, cough, sore throat). I immediately took paracetamol and fever went down every time. But I was a little worried about the Covid test report since asymptomatic may also carry the virus. Then I took refuge at Baba and prayed Him wholeheartedly that “You know I am all alone here without anyone’s support. Please keep me well and make my report negative since I am short of leaves too.” Then I took a pinch of Udi every night without fail before sleeping for the last three days and went ahead with the Covid test procedures. Honestly, being a human being I was a little anxious about the report and asked Baba whatever be Your decision I would happily accept it since none other than You understand us well. And needless to mention my reports came negative and I could happily join my office the very same day.

Thank You so much Baba for always and always hearing us. Thank You for teaching us Faith and Patience through struggles. No matter where I move in life, let me be at Your feet, let me sing Your songs and let me learn Shraddha and Saburi. Jai Sairam!

Sai Helps Me In Cooking

Anonymous Shirdi Sai Devotee from India says: When I was cooking once I felt that I had put too much salt in. I did not know what to do. So I chanted His name while stirring the food, prayed Baba for help and promised to post here. Later when everyone tasted nobody said anything and it was normal salty taste (neither less nor more). This I have experienced another couple of times. Such is the benevolence and power of our Sai and His name.

Not only this once when I was alone and had many tasks; while cooking the contents got stuck to the cooking pot and they had got burnt. I was very sad as even its smell or flavour may spoil all my efforts. Again I called my Saviour Baba, chanted His name, surrendered to Him, prayed for help with a promise to post here if all was good. Wonder is that everybody loved it and got amazing compliments from my husband, father-in-law and brother-in-law (as no hotel in the entire Pune city can ever match the amazing taste!). Not only they but others too praised the taste and efforts. This too I have experienced another may be a couple of times where the food was not spoiled due to not stirring it in time and after it had got burnt at the bottom. That time I never got such amazing unexpected compliments but nobody realised that it was burnt etc.( as my family especially the males are very peculiar about taste and smell. They immediately know and they won’t eat.). Thank You Baba for always being there.

Sai Hears Us

I decided two days back that I will start the 9 Thursday Sai vrat from today, being a Thursday. I bought yellow cloth, flowers etc. Suddenly, last night I got a migraine attack and it lasted till the morning.

When I suffer from headaches, I can’t focus on anything. So I prayed to Baba to cure me of my headache so that I can do my vrat peacefully and that I will post my experience here. Of course, my prayers were answered. I’ll tell you how.

I tried something different today. As I had read about the powerful Om Sai Rakshak Sharanam mantra, I poured water in a glass of water, dropped a pinch of Udi and chanted this mantra and consumed the water. Within 1 hour, my headache was gone and I was able to do the puja properly in the evening.

Just to even know that Baba is there for us, to hear us and see us, is so comforting. Lots of love and namaskarams to Him from me.

Sai Baba Fulfilled My Desire

I have promised Sai Baba that I will post this experience once my desire is fulfilled. There was some problem in my business regarding my shop. At that time I started doing 9 weeks’ Sai Baba pooja with fasting. After completing 9 weeks, all my sorrows and problems disappeared within a few months. All this happened with Sai Baba’s blessings and my faith in Sai Baba increased day by day. I am sorry Sai Baba for posting this experience late. Sai Baba as You know I am going through a problem from one year, and I know You will help me and solve the problem. Thank You Sai Baba for Your blessings. Om Sairam!

Cyclone Lost Its Strength

Chennai city was fully drenched due to consistent rains for the past 3 days (November 21-24) and in addition to this we were expecting a cyclone. I prayed to Baba that the cyclone should not cause any damage to the city. The cyclone was expected to cross on Nov 26 (2-5 am). Until the 25th midnight we were worried about the cyclone and the damage which was going to be caused and in addition what would happen to our house. I promised Baba that I will post the experience if there was no damage from the cyclone to the city. Baba, the man of miracles, again proved His might and the cyclone lost its strength and made a weak landfall thereby causing minimal damages to the city and Tamil Nadu state. Thank You Baba.
