Sai Baba’s Assurance During Health Issues

Anonymous Devotee from India says: Om Sai Ram to all Shirdi Sai Baba devotees. He is omni present. We only need to call Him and He stands by us during all our testing times. All my family members are ardent believers of Shri Shirdi Sai Baba. For a past few days my husband was not keeping well. We visited the doctor and the doctor told it might be Hepatitis. I got really scared and worried. After all the anxiety and tension I called out for Baba. All that i did was total surrender to Baba.The next day the doctor called and told there was nothing like hepatitis and he is perfectly fine, just minor liver infection.

I was extremely relieved of my tension, though not completely.The very evening I visited Sai Baba Mandir to offer my thanks to Baba. Now when ever i face any hurdle I only call Baba. And I know He is there to protect His children.

Anonymous Devotee from India says: I am studying in B.tech 2nd year. Just now I am experiencing Baba blessings in my life. I want to share my first experience.

From 15th November my semester exams were going on, but i didn’t prepare for my exams well. Day before yesterday ET exam was there, but i didn’t even study for that exam and even i dont know how to write my ET exam. On that day, 1st i took the blessings of Baba and then my mom and then my grandma. When i went to my exam I cannot believe even now how i wrote my exam. When i saw the question paper, all the answers were known to me and i wrote very well. I am doing Nav Guruvar vrat for Sai Baba now. Today is the second week of this vrat. Because of Baba all this happened. Thank You Baba, thank You so much.

Sai Baba Guided Me Throughout

I have been through a very bad time previously. I was surrounded by negativity from everywhere. None of my works were proceeding the way I wanted. Sometimes I used to cry, sometimes feel annoyed, and show my anger to Baba that why is He not helping me.

I used to read the miracles here and feel relaxed with the thought that everything will be sorted out by having Shardha and Saburi.

This happened few months ago. I started pursuing PhD but was not satisfied at all as I wanted to continue my job. But things were not happening the way I wished. Moreover my parents were searching for a suitable match for me but my kundli match failed every time they tried.

This made my condition worse. I used to ask Baba to shower His blessings on me but there was no positive sign at all. I used to apply for entrance examinations but failed every time.

There was darkness all around. I started reading Shri Sai Satcharitra and a positivity came in me and I started realizing that Baba is asking me to have patience and everything will be sorted out.

I stopped thinking of my problems and started worshiping baba with love. I used to smile whenever I saw His image as if Baba was looking at me.

One day my parents called me and told they have found a match for me. We had to go to meet them at their home place. I was very nervous but every time I looked at Baba, He assured me that everything will be fine.

I used Baba’s question and answers to confirm whether everything will be fine or not and every time He answered ” You will succeed”. My happiness knew no bounds. I was very confident which was strengthened when I saw Baba’s images on the way as He welcomed me to that place. Finally we met and liked each other and now I am engaged and very happy as my fiancé is just the way I expected.

This was how Baba taught me patience and gave me much more than I expected. Thank you Baba for showering Your blessings on me and choosing me as Your devotee by drawing me to Your Feet.

Dear Sai devotees never get disheartened. We all do not have the idea how much Baba cares for us.

  12. The Magnanimous Sai Baba
    (Shri Sai Leela May 1984)
    In Chapter XXVIII Sai Baba has clearly stated that – “Let His man (devotee) be any distance, a thousand Kos away from Him, He will be drawn to Shirdi, like a sparrow, with a thread tied to its feet.” That is the reason we have seen a huge increase in the number of devotees coming to Shirdi. Shirdi was a small place 15 to 20 years back, but now it has become a International Pilgrimage center. The number of devotees may be in millions, we cannot keep count.

    I am posting herewith a story of Sai Baba which appeared in the Shri Sai Leela Magazine of May 1984. The author is M.Venkateshwara Rao of Chennai. He narrated the story in first person.

    Sai's grace is infallible and unfathomable. In July, 1982, I happened to visit Pune on some official work along with a colleague of mine. While we were half way through our work, there was an interruption, since Thursday was a holiday for most of the factories in the industrial belt including the place of our visit. So, we decided to pay a visit to Shirdi to have darshan of Sai Baba. This opportunity was quite unexpected and I was simply thrilled at the prospect of visiting the holy place for the first time.

    We packed a few essential things in a brief case and took a night bus from Pune on Wednesday, We reached Shirdi at about 3.30 a.m. on Thursday and straightway made a dash to Sai Sansthan where huge crowds of devotees were already getting ready for the worship of Sai Baba.

    After the ablutions, we went to Sai Mandir just before 5.00 a.m holding some flowers in our hands which we purchased on the way. Sai Baba gave me the privilege of standing very close to His majestic statue during the Kakad Aarti -and enjoying the ecstasy of the divine atmosphere which prevailed during the bhajan. It was such a rapturous experience that we decided to stay back for the afternoon bhajan also. This time we appeared before Sai with a garland of flowers and offerings of coconut and sweets.

    The second darshan of Sai made me feel as if I met a bosom friend or a close relative with whom I could frankly discuss my personal problems. I took liberty to ask Sai Baba to grant me a wish namely an opportunity to go abroad to brighten my prospects. It might be an innocent longing or it could be a foolish wish arising out of ignorance, but Sai Baba has fulfilled the same with such promptitude that I shall ever remain grateful to Him.

    In March, 1983, the company where I am employed as an Engineer, decided to send me to West Germany in connection with purchase of a certain machinery, I set off on a three-week trip to Europe and by the grace of Lord Sainath everything went on well. He came to my rescue at my every beck and call and protected me throughout my sojourn there.

    Thus, within one year of my visit to Shirdi, my long cherished desire has been fulfilled. A miracle was performed in a way exemplified by Sai Baba, the magnanimous.

  17. A Short Biography of Shree Swami Samarth

    *****Devotee of Amarapur Favoured *****
    A poor Brahmin lived in Amarapur. He was a great devotee of Lord Dattatreya.
    However, due to poverty it was extremely difficult for him to make ends meet. In
    Amarapur he maintained himself by collecting alms from people. A large amount of
    bean-pod creepers had grown in his courtyard. The days when he did not get any alms,
    his family would survive eating cooked bean-pods.
    One day, Sriguru suddenly came and stood at the Brahmin’s doorstep. The Brahmin
    welcomed him with devotion. Unfortunately he had no food available in his home that
    day. So the Brahmin offered Sriguru cooked beans and prayed for forgiveness. Sriguru
    was fully satisfied with the Brahmins devotion and said, “Take for granted that from
    today onwards your poverty has disappeared”. After saying so, Sriguru left the house.
    The bean pod creeper had grown so thick in the courtyard that one had to bend his
    head to cross the courtyard. Sriguru destroyed that thickly grown creeper with his own
    hands. When the means of their livelihood was destroyed, the Brahmani75 and her
    children started crying loudly. They started reproaching Sriguru. However, the Brahmin
    was very sensible. He said, “One should be satisfied with whatever that is available.
    Sriguru is omniscient. There is certainly some reason for him to destroy the bean
    creepers.”
    Then the Brahmin started getting rid of the broken creepers. He started digging
    to uproot the creepers. As he dug with his axe, there was a sound like striking metal.
    When the Brahmin used more force and dug up, he saw a big vessel lying at the root of
    the creeper. He found that the metallic vessel was filled with gold coins. The Brahmin’s poverty disappeared permanently. The whole family approached Sriguru. They prayed
    for forgiveness. Sriguru was pleased and said to them, “Be happy now. Goddess Laxmi
    (Goddess of wealth) has arrived in your house. But don’t talk about this incident with
    anyone, because I want to remain in this place with peace of mind”. Even today in
    Amarapur (Aurwad) one can find the family lineage of this Brahmin. There is now a
    temple built in place of the creepers in the courtyard.

    *****Audumbar Tree*****
    Sriguru had made his residence under an Audumbar tree in front of
    Aurwad (Amarapur) on the confluence of Krishna-Panchaganga Rivers.
    Audumbar is a holy tree. As per mythology, Lord Vishnu had taken avatar71 of
    Narasimha72 and tore out the stomach of Demon Hiranyakashyapu, Pralhad’s
    father, using his nails to protect his devotee Pralhad. As a result there was
    severe burning sensation in Narasimha’s nails. This burning sensation was
    cured using the fruits of an Audumbar tree. Hence Lord Vishnu had blessed the
    Audumbar tree that worshipping this tree would was one’s sins away. Sriguru
    had made his residence under such a tree. Hence wherever Lord Dattatrey
    dwells, there is always an Audumbar tree and wherever there is an Audumbar
    tree, there always dwells Lord Dattatrey.

  26. BABA YOU know we gave the loan for his friend on Friday morning. From that time onwards we are spending money like hell. We are unable to control our expenses. BABA we forgot that it was Friday and gave him the money. I didn't want to give as we know that he takes loans and never give it back(that's what we heard about him from others). But as he was in tears my husband couldn't say anything it seems. BABA please make him to return back our money. Also BABA please make us to control our expenses. Help us BABA

  30. Im seroiusly very angry with god! Its because of u people become thieves and get into wrong relationships. If u get a job for people those who are in need of job why are they going to steal.If you give a good partner and lover why are people going to get into a wrong relationship.u are very selfish and partial.U give to people those who have everything and cheat people like us who dont have anything.How long are you going to be silent.Things not got in time has no value dont u know that.In satcharita u say there wont be any dearth in your devotees house and u will be the guide our lives.If u are a guide why are u pushing us into pit.How long will u be silent and make us cry.Dont u have the heart to wipe our tears.Daily im crying not even once u have come to console me and wipe my tears.What is all this?How long are to going to cheat us in the name of past karma or parents karma?we dont know what we did in last birth,whether we were born or not?what our parents and ancestors did.If they did something why the hell should we suffer?if we did something bad in last karma and if you punish us in this life wont we do bad things in this life as well.Can we do sins in life and say that we will suffer only in next karma?ANSWER ME…Im dying each minute without JOB,PARTNER,SUPPORT,CONFIDENCE.Have only pain…did u give me life just to cry and live in pain..being a woman of 31 years will i not have a wish to marry and have kids?After being cheated by men wont i ask you to show me one good man who will respect and treat me good.What is wrong in me asking for your love and love from a partner…Im not from a rich family, im from a very very moderate middle class family and have cried and didnt have many things in life since school days till now.My family,friends and relatives say and look at me as if im not fit for anything.My previous company got all the work from me and treated me so…i quit my job just because of that and the man who cheated me…but they are all in good position and im suffering without a job and money for day to day life.I want to achieve something in my career and create an identity for myself .Is that wrong?should i not stand up in front of people who treated me like shit?After this age how will i get to that place without ur blessings…tell me…atleast give me the courage to commit suicide…i dont want to live a useless life and keep crying throughout my life.Im fed up crying,going after people,fighting with you and sitting idle not knowing which way to go…please help me…

      Don't worry. Smooth seas never make skillful sailors. All you need now is faith and patience. Trust me, no human was born just to suffer. We all have ups and downs. I almost sail in the same boat as you, but still I never give up my faith on god. For every minute if living we all have a purpose

    Baba is the protector of us.
    Yesterday evening i was not feeling well, it was the initial stage of cold.
    Whenever i get cold i will get slight fever also.
    Night i took a tablet and slept.Around 3 P.M i felt my body temparature started to raise
    As i was staying in PG no one is there to help.
    I prayed to baba took udi added in water and drank that and applied UDI on my forehead
    and slept. After that my temparature got decreased and i was fine.

    I prayed that i will post this experience today if everything is fine and went to baba temple also.

  39. Nice experiences! Whenever a Baba is devotee is in trouble, Baba always comes to his/her aid just as Baba did in these experiences above. Baba always tries to help us through a difficult situation and sometimes we have to suffer through a difficult situation due to past bad karma, but Baba always is there to minimize the pain for us. Om Sai Ram!

Baba just a few days ago I requested you to give us some work and manage it adn to take care of hubby. You held our hands and yesterday hubby looked better and also gave some indication of new work. The first thought was it was all because of your intervention and grace. Baba please take care of hubby health in every way. Please help him complete his project and make his work place like a temple with purity and divinity of people – he has always considered work as worship.
