Divine Blessings Of Sai – Sai Devotee Niharika

Sai Sister Niharika Ji from India says: I am Niharika from Hyderabad, India. Before starting with my experience, I would like to thank Hetal Ji for creating this wonderful site to share our love for Sai Baba. Now I am sharing two recent experiences, which happened in my life. My post is a bit long, sorry for that. Please feel free to edit this post wherever it is required.

First Experience

From March, 2013, I and my husband started doing Nav Guruvar Vrat. My husband is also a strong devotee of Lord Sai Baba. In fact I started believing in Baba, only because of my husband. I feel this is the blessing of Baba to have him in my life. From last year December, my husband is having lot of troubles in his work place because of his Manager. Also he has to work for late night daily, which is not good for health. He started looking for offers in other companies, but somehow nothing was working out. Also we are trying for baby from few months. So we both started doing Sai Nav Guruvar Vrat from this March. I also advised him to start with Parayana and leave everything to BABA. My husband also started reading Sai Leelamrutham written by Sri Ekkirala Bharadwaja. Miraculously, my husband got good offer in one company “X” before completing the parayana. All the interview process happened in a single day. I and my husband were very happy and especially my husband’s joy has no bounds.

But he got posting in Chennai. Since I am working in Hyderabad, it is difficult for me to go to Chennai. But we thought like Baba knows everything and He will take care of all those things and my husband agreed to go to Chennai. He applied resignation in current company. Again my husband started doing the Parayana. Miraculously he got one more offer from a well known IT company “Y” and office is very near to our house. Once again our joy has no bounds and we can’t express our happiness in words. This happened only due to blessings of SAI. In the current market scenario, it is very difficult to get an offer. But my husband got two offers from very good companies and that’s too one office is very near to our house. BABA, please shower Your blessings on us always and also please forgive our mistakes.

Second Experience – Divine Shirdi Trip

After my husband got offer in company “X”, we thought we will go to Shirdi before his joining. We booked tickets only a week before. We planned to start on April 5th 2013, Friday night so that Saturday and Sunday, we can be in Shirdi and again reach Hyderabad by Monday morning. I heard about online Darshan and Aarti booking through some websites. So I thought we will give a try. So I visited Sai Baba Website and checked whether we have slots available for that weekend. To my surprise slots were there. So I booked for Darshan at afternoon 12’O clock and Shej Aarti on Saturday and one more Darshan on Sunday. But we are not sure whether it will be useful or not.

On Friday Morning, I prepared Rava Laddu and thought we can give this as a prasad to BABA to Shirdi. This was the first time that I prepared this sweet, so I was a bit tensed about how it will come, since we want to give this to BABA. We have not tasted since it is a prasad. We reached divine Shirdi on Saturday and reached temple a bit early around 11.30AM. We have to show our online booking tickets near Shani Gate. So we went there and showed the tickets to security over there. Security was a bit rude and he told us to go to other gate. We were a bit disappointed with his behavior. We went to other gate that security allowed us to go inside. To our surprise, we directly entered the Samadhi Mandir from there. I have given sweets and a garland to pandit sitting over there. Pandit kept sweets near to BABA Samadhi and gave back the box to us. He also gave few sweets to other devotees. We were so happy and completed the darshan with in 5 to 10 minutes. We were so surprised and happy at the same time to see our beloved Sai in that holy place. We both had prasad and also distributed to other devotees over there. They were also very happy. To our surprise, prasad is really delicious and perfect. I realised all this is due to blessings of Sri Sai.

Then we went to the Gurusthan and doing pradakshina for Neem Tree. I heard somewhere like if we do 106 pradakshinas around that neem tree, we will definitely get a leaf. We started doing pradakshina and I and my husband both got neem leaves. We ate and also we gave to other people, who were waiting for a long time for divine neem leaves. They were very happy. Since there is huge rush, we could not complete 106 pradikshinas in a single shot. So we thought like we will do again in the evening. My husband started doing parayana in Parayana Hall in the temple. Meantime, I went to visit the Samadhis of other people like Bayaji Bai, Tatya..etc. I had Baba Mukh Darshan multiple times. I felt very happy to have His Darshan so many times. After doing parayana, my husband came and I thought to buy “Sai Satcharitra” book. I bought the book and I thought to start the “Sai Satcharitra” parayana in Shirdi. So I sat near to the place, where we can see Baba’s face from a window. I started reading first chapter. Then a lady came and gave me Nav Guruvar Vrat book. I felt so happy to get that because I want to buy that book from a long time. After some time, one more lady came and gave one more book which is written by his father. That book is about one of the Lord Dattatreya’s avatar. I was so happy to get those two books in Shirdi. I am very thankful to them.

Then we went to room and took some rest. Since we booked for Shej Aarti that day, we have to be near Shani Gate by 9.30 PM. We went to temple and continued our pradakshinas near Gurusthan and reached Shani Gate around 8.00PM. We went early hoping we will be front in the queue and can have nice BABA Darshan. Slowly people started coming and around 10PM they allowed us inside. Near the entrance of main Madir, they separated gents and ladies. So my husband was one side and I was on other side. Then they allowed us inside Samadhi Mandir. Luckily due to Baba’s blessings, I stood very close to BABA and I saw BABA very clearly. I felt very happy. My husband also got good place so that he also can see BABA very clearly. Aarti started and we got Aarti books with us. We also sang Aarti along with others. During that Aarti, we were able to see BABA very clearly and that too we stood very close to Him. That day (April 6th, 2013) was really very memorable day to us in our life. This happened only due to SAI blessings. After coming out also, we were lost in BABA’s world. We became very close to Baba. But I had one wish in my mind that was to see BABA in gold crown. During Shej Aarti they won’t keep the crown. So I thought like during next week, we will book for evening or afternoon Aarti so that we can see BABA wearing crown.

Next day I booked for Darshan in the morning, so we went and had a very nice Darshan of our beloved. Here I have to mention one thing. We saw the same security person, whom I mentioned was rude before. He remembered us and told like you understood right why I told you to got to other gate in the morning. If he would not have told to go to other gate, we have to wait for at least 1 hour in the queue until afternoon Aarti completes. We are shocked and felt happy thinking BABA is there behind everything. My husband continued with his book parayana. He wants to complete the parayana that day itself in Shirdi. By evening he completed. Mean time evening Aarti started. Our room was very close to temple, so we were able to hear that. Then suddenly one idea came to mind that was to go to the place where we can see BABA’s face through a small window before Aarti completes. Then I can see BABA wearing crown. But we have very less time, so we both rushed to temple. I was literally running. Finally I was able to see BABA wearing crown. I was so happy thinking BABA fulfilled my wish. I also wanted to see, when pandits are taking the crown from BABA. Since my husband has completed the parayana , he wants to get some fruits and give to BABA as prasad and distribute to people over there. Also since we have only one hour left for bus, we thought to come outside. I was thinking in my mind, at least in TV, I want to see when pandits are taking the crown from BABA. So I thought to search for TV. As soon as I stepped outside, I saw TV infront of me. Exactly at same time, pandits were taking crown from BABA and keeping that aside. My joy has no bounds. What a perfect timing BABA planned. Then I understood that whatever we plan, that may or may not be correct. But BABA’s plans are very perfect at the right time.

We got grapes from outside and kept in a box. We were searching for some security persons, who will be inside Samadhi Mandir, so that if they come outside, we can give this box to any of them and he can keep this near BABA Samadhi as a prasad and give back to us so that we can have some and distribute to people over there. We waited for some time and since BABA is very kind hearted, He accepted our prasad. We had some and the rest of prasad we distributed to the people over there. We were very happy and felt that we are blessed. I am writing this on 8th Guruvar of Nav Guruvar Vrat. I am trying to write this from the very next Thursday of our Shirdi trip. But BABA plan was different. He allowed to write this only today. BABA, please be with us and shower Your blessings on us throughout our life.
