Employee Review is conducted once a year to evaluate the performance of an employee and is generally a good experience as that is when you can showcase your work and give feedback and also expect a raise in salary.
This year, however, I was dreading the whole process. About a year back a new employee started in our team and quickly took over what I was doing, and won the trust of our manager. Even though I was not reporting to this person, he controlled the tasks that got assigned to me. These tasks did not add value. When the time for the review process came, I was very concerned, as the usual question was “What are you proud of accomplishing this year?” and I had nothing to write about. I felt miserable and begged Baba to help finish this task without any issues and that it should be completed smoothly.
I didn’t want a raise but just wanted it to be done without me looking bad. Baba’s miracle is unbelievable. Firstly, the HR department decided to revamp the entire process and got a new tool and made it a 360 degree review rather than the old process where we had to answer certain questions as a self review. Also, my colleagues gave me very good reviews even though I had not done any high visibility tasks. Baba’s miracle not only made the process to be completely smooth but also resulted in a Role change and a 10% increase in salary. Baba is always listening to our prayers and cries for help and all we need to do is have Shraddha and Saburi. Om Sai Ram.

Lord Sai saved my father who is 85 years old and has multiple ailments. On 24th Sep 2020 he started having fever. All of us panicked as such a symptom is an indicator of Covid for the aged, during these days of pandemic. On the advice of the Doctor when we got his blood sample checked, his HB was below 4.0 and the doctor advised that he has to be given 3 units of A +ve blood. None of the blood banks had A +ve blood. After frantic running around and innumerable prayers to Lord Sai, we could manage to get only 2 units of blood through my co-brother. We kept on praying and miraculously my co-brother got a call from the blood bank stating that the 3rd unit of blood could also be collected.
During the blood transfusion my father was under immense pain and had almost given up the strength to bear it and the will to be alive. Looking at the level of his anguish, I too had given up all the hopes. But it was Lord Sai Who gave some invisible strength to my father as a result of which he withstood the transfusion. We came back home safely from the hospital on 3rd October, 2020 and since then he has recovered to a very large extent.
There are other challenges too which we are slowly overcoming by Sai’s endless grace and shall always be thankful to Him.
Anonymous Shirdi Sai Devotee from India says: I had some important work to be done and it was afternoon time when I was expecting my baby to sleep. She was showing no signs of sleep. I prayed to Baba to make her sleep and help me complete all my work. Baba did help as usually she sleeps for one and half hour but that day she slept for two and half hours. The beauty is that exactly when I finished my work she woke up. This clearly shows Baba’s help behind it.
During night time also Baba has helped innumerable times to put her to sleep when I had promised Him to post here.
Baba has also helped me find my lost valuables when I had promised Him to post here.
Baba has also helped me complete my assignments which seemed impossible in given time when I had invoked His help and promised Him to post here. Experience 1: My husband had a severe cold and was feeling feverish. In this corona pandemic I was tense that my husband should not get corona positive. I prayed to Baba that if my wish gets fulfilled I will write my experience on this blog. He was tested corona negative. Thank You Baba. Pray sincerely and have faith and leave rest to Baba.
Experience 2: My daughter was watching a programme on laptop. It was on her lap and when she got up, the laptop fell down and it stopped working. I tried to switch it off but no buttons were working. I was tense as my daughter had to attend classes on laptop. I prayed to Baba if it started working then I will share my experience on this blog. Thank You Baba. Om Sai Shree Sai Jaya Jaya Sai.

My parents came to our house for a function. They were here for a few days. Yesterday night there was a small fight between my wife and mother and some exchange of angry words. They both had some misunderstanding and it was having its impact on me as well. I prayed to Baba to please solve the problem and make things normal. As usual our saviour Sai Baba came to the rescue and things got settled down the next morning. Om Sairam!

I would like to share my experience of Baba's blessings. I am originally from India but living in UK for past 14 years. I came to UK as a student in year 2006 and then stayed here on various visas, ie, student then work and now permanent residence in the UK.
I applied for my permanent settlement in year 2016, and that is when my faith and devotion towards Baba (God) was tested the most. My initial application was rejected on the ground that my annual income was not in the income threshold. I then applied for review of the outcome, meanwhile European election happened within the UK, and the nation voted to exit (Brexit) EU. This held up my application review by 6 more month. The outcome of the review was not favourable either. It was rejected again. I filed for administrative review, and was rejected again. I made another fresh application on humanitarian grounds as it was already 2 years since the initial application, and all that trauma and harassment, and the cost of living that I had to bear during these times. – Just to mention that I wasn't allowed to work whilst decision was in process. 2 years of no earning, cannot travel or go home to see family, application and living expenses on top of it, really tested my patience. – During this time, i started reading Sai Satcharitra, doing 5 day pooja with devotion and kept believing in God.
In year 2019, my application for permanent settlement was successful.
All I want to say is keeping believing in your God (Baba). He may test you, but surely will protect you, Help you.
