Baba Helped Me Get Driving License

I want to really thank the owner of this site who is doing a great service to people by sharing experiences that devotees are having with Sai Baba. It not only inculcate confidence in other devotees but also give hopes to people who might have started doubting Sai’s grace due to long period of wait, but wait is obvious on this path of Sai’s devotion, as it instils patience and perseverance (Saburi) in hearts of true devotees, which is one of Sai’s main teaching.

Recently I have had this great experience with Sai Baba which I would like to share. I have been trying to get my driving license since last six and half years and each time something would happen which would stop me from getting it. Either there would be relocation, or a job change or problem in job or some family issues. One thing would lead to another and before I knew it I forgot about getting a license.

It was affecting my life and self-confidence very badly as I would have to ask ride from other people, leave work according to them and worst of all feel obliged and also had to spend a lot of money in taxi/ cab. I now realize that I put off driving for so long and kept on adjusting because I had severe fear of driving and accidents. When I first took my driving lessons in 2015 after getting my learner permit, I was so scared to hold the steering wheel. The instructor told me that he could not say how many classes I may need, which made me even more doubtful about my driving skills. I practiced a lot with my family car even though I was scared of driving, only to fail the test in 2016. After that my confidence took a dip and I tried to keep driving on backseat for a while, so that I could focus on getting jobs etc.

It is really difficult to live in USA without driving as there is not much public transport available where I live, right from grocery to picking up kids or going to work or doctors I was dependent on others, while I prefer to be self-dependent. It really used to hurt me and in 2017, I tried taking class with 5 more instructors, who refused to take me for my driving tests saying that I need more practice. I could not understand what was going on.

In 2018, I suffered some health issues and could not attempt driving. I was fully dependent on cabs and family even to go to hospitals. Now in 2019, March I was still with learner license and in really bad condition as people started getting tired of driving me, and I had to look for job which might require me traveling. As I was fully exhausted of this issue I prayed to Sai Baba about this issue, not just one time, but on and on and on for days together. As Sai Baba says in His 11 promises, that “if there is anyone who comes in my shelter and left empty handed, tell me!” I kept on focusing on those words; His promises instilled hope in me, even though I had spent a lot of money taking driving classes earlier, which was not put to any use. As I could not get driving license, I decided to take classes again and this time from more reputed institution ( which meant more fees). I had no idea what would happen this time, but I deposited the amount anyways (which was a big deal right now, because I was not working).

The driver instructor seemed nice on the first day, but at the end of the class he said the same thing as other instructor that he does not know how many classes I need. I told him my situation, that I can’t take so many classes as I was not working right then and I need driving even to be able to get job. But he was adamant; he wanted to go to his office to take a break. I kept praying to Sai Baba to help me this time, and not end my efforts to vain as I really need to get this work done. It may sound simple to some, but for a person with driving phobia and being told so many times that you can’t drive so many times, it was a very complex situation, especially because my career, my finances, my family’s well-being and my self-esteem were related to this.

When we reached the office something strange happened. I am usually a quiet person, would never go and fight for myself, but I went and complained the office staff that he was not telling me how many classes I need before I could go for driving test which was insane as the classes were so expensive and I was not working right then. Office staff asked him to take me to driving test after 3 classes as promised, to which he said that he could take me to test after 4 classes minimum. I agreed to it (considering I did not drive for a year).

On driving test day seeing my performance, he said my chances of passing were 50-50. I said I will still take it, as I had full faith on Baba. I learned the traffic rules by heart, had practiced enough with my own car too in the meantime, though it was difficult to get help from people for that, and they didn’t trust me enough. I took some Sai Baba’s Vibhuti ( ashes) before starting the test, I had Him on my watch screen and I said, “Baba, You know my condition, You know how important it is for me to pass this, please save me from mocking of people, You know my resources, time it has taken and the kind of support I have. Please take my place and drive and get me through this.” When driving test started, the examiner was not happy as I started a little slow. He even stopped me somewhere to let the fast car pass. I thought he wanted to end the test, but he said, “you are fine, go ahead.” My eyes lit with joy, first time in a long time someone had said that I was fine with driving. As the test completed, he said I need to practice a few things. He explained me but I was only thinking have I passed or not. He said I passed! My driving instructor was surprised and even my family. Now I not only know driving but also confident at it. I am yet to drive alone on busy roads, but I am sure can pass this hurdle too with blessing of my Sai. To all those who are in some kind of problem, I would request you to keep your faith and patience in Sai, as He knows what is best for us and when.

Baba The Great Healer

Om Sai Ram to all. I am a devotee from New Zealand. I have been experiencing Sai Baba’s miracles every day. Thanks Hetalji and team for giving us an opportunity to share Baba’s leelas. Writing Baba’s miracles gives me strength.

Coming to my experience: My mom, niece and nephew were not well since a week. They had severe cold and cough and slight temperature. I prayed Baba that if their cough and cold reduced and became normal then I would post my experience. By Baba’s grace they are doing well. Thank You Sai.

Baba You know we are going through some tough time. I completely trust You and have left everything at Your lotus feet. Please show us a way to find a house in India and in here. Baba You know our past, present and future. I know whatever we are going through is to finish our past karmas and to achieve the fruit of success. Give us strength to pass through this phase. My parents, in-law’s family and my sister’s family are also going through hard time. Bless us Baba.

Baba please make our stove work as usual. It has stopped working suddenly. You know everything. Please Baba I don’t want to buy a new one at this point of time. Please save us Baba. Baba make my sister understand the situation. She is a good human being. But at times she doesn’t understand what is going around. Give her strength to face the life Baba. My sister-in-law is also suffering a lot due to some personal problems. Bless them Baba. Baba bless everyone. I have completely surrendered my situations to You. You are there to help and guide us. Baba Saved My Father

Anonymous Shirdi Sai Devotee from India says: I am basically from Assam but because of job I am residing in Delhi since last 7 years.
My parents are staunch devotees of Baba since many years. We had numerous experiences, one or two I had already shared. My father was detected with cancer in 2001 but due to Baba’s blessings ( even in 3rd stage) he got well and now it has been almost 19 years and he is ok. Every year he falls sick and gets hospitalised but due to Baba’s grace he recovers.

Last year he got so sick that doctors in Silchar told that cancer germ again evolved, and they would not be able to do anything as he has to again undergo biopsy. My father is so skinny that it was impossible to perform biopsy on him. Doctors lost hope and said he might not survive. Immediately we brought him to Delhi and admitted him in Batra hospital as my brother had mediclaim and it was nearer to our house. My family was very worried as my marriage was fixed for December 15th 2018. Doctors were not able to find anything after numerous tests as biopsy was not possible on him. They referred from one department to another but could not find the cause. Finally after staying for almost 12 days he was released and doctors said that he was not suffering from cancer and his stomach ache that he had been suffering since a month also had almost vanished. It was because of Baba only. We had almost lost hopes. But Baba saved him.

Baba’s Grace

Here comes Baba’s latest miracle.

I booked my India trip tickets in June to visit my families. I booked it through KLM but my connecting flight to Chennai was Jet Airways. Jet Airways suddenly shut down and I felt very confused and worried. I felt sorry for the airways employees. One of my friend said her friend got an email saying that they were cancelling the tickets and refunding the money back. I contacted KLM, they said they would rebook and send an email.

Meanwhile I was looking at the price of the tickets. It was very expensive since it was summer. I prayed our beloved Baba to help me resolve the ticket problem. After a week my husband called KLM and I kept praying in my heart. The customer service lady was so friendly and she rebooked our tickets via Abu Dhabi for the same dates with no extra charges. Everything happened without any hassle. I thanked Baba whole heartedly. Baba keeps proving me that He is there with me all the time. Thank You Baba. Bow to Shri Sai peace be to all.

Baba’s Grace

I have experienced many leelas of Sai Baba. He is our Sadguru Who always looks for our welfare. My brother had to undergo extraction of two third molars and it was a complicated one. He was advised to go to the dental surgeon. After the surgery, He had swelling, pain and headache. He had to take antibiotics and painkiller. By Baba’s grace, He recovered within a week.

Few weeks back, my mother had a terrible headache on the left side. Then I prayed to Baba and also told Him that after my mother’s headache was relieved I would also share the experience. With Baba’s grace, headache was relieved. Thank You Baba.

My father also had haemorrhoids and he suffered for two days. By Baba’s grace he also recovered. Thank You Baba for Your love and kindness. Always bless Your devotees. Om Sai Ram.

Lost Car Keys Found

Anonymous Shirdi Sai Devotee from UAE says: Dear All, hope you all are doing great. I am from UAE belonging to Andhra Pradesh. I promised Baba that I will share this experience if I get back my lost car keys.

I had kept my car keys somewhere and was unable to recollect it and so searched whole house, the car itself, checked my bags , sofas, shoe rack and everywhere where I thought I might have left but all my efforts were in vain. I still dint find it. But however I was determined to search and find it and searched everywhere and luckily I found it in my side hand bag after searching for last 2 days completely. All thanks to Sai Baba. I immediately found it when I took the strong promise of posting this experience. May all of you stay blessed with Sai Baba’s blessings. Sainath Maharaj ki Jai.
