My Experience

Sai Devotee H Sridhar from India says: My name is H Sridhar working in a public sector Bank. My age is 51 years. I am a follower of Shirdi Sai Baba since the age of 24 or 25. During the past 25 years I had many experiences. Sometimes though the heart feels any incident as an experience, but the Mind sometimes feels that it might be a co-incidence. I am following this blog for the past 4 years. After reading the experiences of the devotees, I used to wonder how some devotees get cured, or get Visa, or get Job in one day. Sai Bhagavan has opened my eyes by the following experience.

During 2010, I was working in Mumbai and was transferred to Hyderabad. My boss who is a staunch devotee of Sai Baba requested me to continue in Mumbai instead of going to Hyderabad. He also promised to help me in my career. However, I did not listen to him and left for Hyderabad. I joined on 10th of August and on 11th of August 2011, I was given a loan proposal to process. I processed the loan application with proper care and adhering to the rules of the Bank. It was processed in the normal course of business with intention to help the young borrowers to set up their own business. The loan was sanctioned and within a short span of time I was transferred from that office to another place.


In 2012 I received communication from my office that the borrowers have cheated the Bank and I along with others were charge sheeted. The others who have been charge sheeted informed the investigating agencies that they didn’t know anything about the borrowers and implicated me in the case though I was new to that office. If I had acceded to the advice of my boss who is a Sai devotee and stayed in Mumbai for a few more days also, I might not have processed the loan proposal. The charges were framed against me and explanation was called from me. I was very much disturbed as throughout my service nobody had pointed out any accusing figure at my working. First time it had happened. Since all the charges were wrongly framed against me, I conclusively replied to the charges. The proceedings were going on, causing a lot of mental tension.

In 2016 I was promoted and my promotion was to be released in December, 2016. Suddenly in October, 2016 I received punishment from the disciplinary authority without undergoing proper procedure of examination of the case. Though I was totally shattered, I kept quiet, thinking that OK when bank is giving me salary, if any loss has occurred to Bank knowingly or unknowingly by me, I shall accept. But in December, 2016, my promotion was also declined on the basis that since I was punished in that year my promotion would not be released. I was worried why all these things were happening to me without any mistake on my part. Some of my friends advised me to appeal against the punishment. Before appealing I enquired my seniors about appealing against the penalty. They told that nothing would happen, they would not change their stand and the punishment of cut in salary continued. However I appealed against the penalty on the last day praying to Baba that, I have not done any mistake, Bank punished me by a salary cut as well as denial of promotion.

From the day of appeal, I surrendered myself to Baba and started visiting Sai Baba’s temple daily and used to light a Diya there. Though I was gloomy, I tried to forget the events and involved myself in my day to day duties as if nothing had happened. Suddenly on 26th of March I received a call from our Head Office that my appeal was considered favourably by the higher authorities and the imposed penalty was repealed. I was very happy, as without Baba’s grace it would not have happened. As it was the end of financial year i.e. March, 2016, I came to understand that if my promotion was not released in the next few days, I wouldn’t be able do anything and my promotion would stand cancelled. The sudden repealment of my punishment has increased my devotion in Sai Baba to such an extent that I thought that if Baba has repealed my punishment, and if He thinks so then He would also get my promotion released.

Since the remaining days in March were very few and the release of promotion involved so many steps, many were of the opinion that I should represent for release of my promotion on urgent basis. I had not represented about my promotion leaving everything to the mercy of Baba. It was like; I was in trance for few days. On 31st March, 2016 when I visited Temple, I was surrounded by some, some kind of unexplainable feeling. I was feeling happy and confident that I was in Sai Baba’s Sharan and nothing was impossible for Him. In the evening of 31st March 2016 at around 6.30 p.m the impossible had happened. I received information that my promotion was released. This experience has shattered all my doubts and reposed confidence in His omnipresence and His miracles. From the bottom of heart and with this experience, I vouched that nothing is impossible for Him. He is so caring and is always holding our hand. Due to day to day engagements we may forget Him for a few seconds, but He never forgets His devotees for a second also.

Baba Is My Guru

I am writing my experience on the progress of finding employment. I promised Baba that I will share my experience with Sai devotees so they can read about Sai Baba’s miracles. Firstly I prostrate before Sai Baba and place my life at His feet.

Baba came into my life about 7 years ago, until then I have been blind to see His true form. I received a statue of Sai Baba sender being unknown, I believe Sai Himself had gifted me this statue. I have experienced many more miracles in my life and every time when I faced unemployment, Baba has been there to rescue me. Below is my recent experience with my devotion and undying faith. When I am writing this post I am not employed but I have firm faith with Sai’s blessings I will be employed within a week.

I was working for a company and was made redundant in August 2016, I was also offered a small redundancy package. This package was enough to support my family for 5 months. I was not fully committed in job hunting process which was due to my low self-esteem. I believed that I had no confidence or skills to attend interviews to compete with others. Hence I applied for very few positions. My only strength has been Baba and I thought if only He was the interviewer and referrer I could secure a job. So I placed my whole faith and patience in Baba. In November my friend emailed me a job opportunity. When I viewed the position description, I realized that was my dream job, so I applied for the role. To my surprise, the manager of my previous company was the manager here. After submitting the resume I contacted the manager and expressed my interest. I applied for the role on November 6th and a month passed by without any response, therefore I thought that I missed out on the opportunity. In the meantime, I decided to do Sai Satcharitra and vowed to complete in 7 days. When I was into 5th day off reading Sai Satcharitra I got a call from the company (same company mentioned above) requesting me to attend the interview on the same day December 12th.

I attended the interview on December 12th and after the interview; I was informed that they would get back within 5 days. I didn’t hear back, so on December 16th, I requested for an update. I messaged my manager asking for an update, he advised they would call on December 19th to discuss. I waited the whole week and still hadn’t heard any response. I decided to complete another sitting of Sai Satcharitra and completed in 7 days. I waited until the second week of January but still didn’t receive any feedback about the interview. So I once again messaged my manager asking for an update. The manager informed me the CEO was on leave and they would need to discuss the position with him further. Ten days passed without any response from the manager. Finally, I decided to give one last attempt to get a final verdict on the interview. I have spent 2 ½ months hoping for an outcome for this role, I placed all the eggs in one basket so I had no choice but faith. So I asked Baba for a sign on yoursaibaba website, Baba answered as follows ”I pledge that I would cross even the seven seas to help those who seek My protection”.

With this assurance I reached out to the manager for one last time on 24th January asking for the outcome of the interview. He called back and advised that I interviewed well and has assured me that I have 95% chance of getting the job and he is only waiting for the application to be signed off by higher management. I knew straight away Baba had given me this job and everything else was just a formality. After all the Approver is my Guru Sachhidanand Sadguru Sainath Maharaj. The lesson I learnt from this experience was Faith and Patience. So friends whenever you feel insecure about anything just keep complete faith in Sai. Om Sairam.

Sai Is Our Saviour

Our two daughters are married and settled in Chennai and Mumbai. I have submitted my two experiences earlier and here I am with the third! Thanks a lot to all those who are behind this platform which conveys the immense love of our Saviour, Sai.

I have been planning to visit Shirdi from a long time. But it remained as a far-fetched dream. But soon Sai heard my prayers and I got opportunity to visit Shirdi along with my family twice in July’ 16 and January 2017, which was surely a miraculous blessing of Sai. I am undergoing treatment for 4th stage cancer but going along quite well with hormone treatment. I am attending my official duty and daily duties normally. My dear and near ones always see to it that I am not exerting much in office and home. On December 24th we planned a trip to Chennai to my younger daughter’s house and from there to Mumbai, where my elder daughter and family reside. We planned to go to Shirdi from Mumbai on January 7th, for a stay of one day. We booked flight tickets, train tickets and tickets for on-line darshan; stay in Shirdi etc, almost three months ahead of our travel. But on my routine check up on 22nd December, my doctor told me that as the hormone treatment was not responding, I had to go for weekly chemo starting from that day. Though I had pain and swelling, I asked the doctor whether it would be all right if the chemo was started after I return from the trip, as all the arrangements were made. He conceded asking me to start the chemo, the very next day I return.

I left everything at Sai’s lotus feet and enjoyed the trip to Chennai, Mumbai and Shirdi along with my daughters and their families, especially enjoying the sweet company of our one and a half year old grandson. Both our sons-in-laws are like sons to us and they cared for me all through the trip. We had a very nice darshan of Sai Maha Prabhu and we returned back to our home town. My elder daughter and baby came along with us from Mumbai, as I would need her help if chemo was started. On the previous night of my visit to the hospital, I fervently prayed to Sai to protect me, whatever comes. I begged Him to be the voice of the doctor and decide my treatment. When I looked at Sai Answers site, it came as, “Avoid controversy. Sai is with you” So I thought whatever the doctor says, I am going to accept. The next day I went to the hospital and the miraculous thing happened! Doctor said, your body is now responding to the medicine. We can continue the same medicine. On hearing this, our joy knew no bounds! If chemo was started I would have had to take leave from the official duties and would have to visit the hospital every week and suffer all the complications of chemo. Now too I am under severe medication, which put me in fatigue and have to go for check up and injection every month to the hospital. But good response of the medicine is surely Sai’s blessing and I am happy as such. I know only by Sai’s blessing that the same medicine could start working on me which was unresponsive earlier. I am sure without any iota of doubt that Sai is always there guiding and guarding those who surrender themselves at His lotus feet. Ananthakoti pranams at His lotus feet. Jai Sai Ram! Jai Sai Ram! Jai Sai Ram!

Sai’s Grace For My Job And Mom’s Health

I feel very happy to share the Sai miracles in this post. It is about how my jiju got job by lord Sai’s grace and Sai’s blessings for my mother to resolve her health issue.

From the past 5 months every Thursday I go to the Sai temple. And I think every time about Sai Baba. Yesterday my mother was affected by fever. I felt very sad. At that time I prayed to Sai that please solve my mother’s health issue. I prayed to Sai that before the next day morning my mother’s health problem should be solved. That can be done by You only. As like I prayed, my mother’s health problem was solved by Sai Baba.

The next experience is my sister’s husband didn’t have any job. One Thursday I went to the Sai temple and prayed Baba to please give him one permanent job. Before the next Thursday he got a permanent job. That was done because of Sai Baba’s grace. Now I will thank to You Sai for that.

Please Sai. Please bless me with one job before I finish my degree. Please Sai. Please bless me. And I have to improve my communication skill. You have to bless me for that also. And my father does not have any permanent job. There are more money problems in my family. For that also You have to bless me. Please Sai Baba. As You have solved my mother’s health issue and my sister’s husband’s job problem You have to solve mine and my father’s job problem also. Please Sai I need one job before I finish my degree. Please Sai. I had asked one question to you in question and answer site and you have answered that “you will succeed. You will experience the greatness of Shri Sainath’s blessings”. I will hope for that, with You Sai Baba. Please bless me with one job. Please Sai. I hope, You will do that for me and for my father also. Thank You Sai. Thank You so much. You have done many miracles in my life. Later, I will share my experiences of I and my father getting the jobs on this site. Before that I have to improve my communication skills also. Sai’s Udi’s Miracle

I am very blessed to be Sai Appa’s child and feel very grateful to the Admin for this site. I read the Sai devotees’ experiences every day without fail and feel very touched reading each and every post by our Sai brothers and sisters.

Whenever my children fall sick the first thing I do is to quickly go into my prayer room and pray to Sai Appa. I apply the Udi on my kids’ forehead and place the Sai Satcharitra at their bedside as a protection when they go to bed. Recently my son was down with high fever and he became very lethargic and refused to eat anything. He is a very active boy and seeing him so weak made me cry. I prayed to Sai Appa to make my son better and applied Udi on his forehead and also gave him water mixed with Udi. Within two days he got better. Om Sai Ram!

Experience Story
