Getting a Job in Corona Time

Anonymous Shirdi Sai Devotee from India says: I am a devotee of Sai Baba. Baba I do not know, mantra I do not know meditation but I have always loved You. I feel I have known You since my last birth. In this birth I have been Your ardent devotee for the last two decades. Whenever in a problem I have always come to You for rescue and You have never ever disappointed me. Like a child I have prayed and prayed with grit till I got what I wanted from You, and You like a Father have given me everything.

Whenever I want something I have always visited Your Mandir and have pledged to offer either Prasad or put daan in daanpatra(donation box) and have always got what I wanted. Be it selling of parental property which was unfathomable or praying for the birth of my child amidst my wife being very unwell or coming out of ill health or even solving daily office problems. You have never turned me away from Your blessings. I would like to take this opportunity to share my current experience.

I was doing quite well in my office and used to give my 200% to my work, never shirking away from any responsibility and due to that I used to always get duly rewarded. Baba’s blessings always paved my path to success. But it was in the year 2020 just on the day of Diwali I came to know that my company was planning to close its Delhi operations. My company was a very prominent entity in our industry; hence the news of complete closure was a shock for all of us. The management decided that all 300 employees were to be terminated on or before 15-February. The work pressure was such that even after getting a 3 months’ notice period, we and our department did not get any time to look for a job. So finally, the D Day came and we were all jobless without the sight of any respite anywhere as the entire industry was gasping due to the effects of the Pandemic.

I always try to visit Baba’s Mandir on Thursday, whenever I am in Delhi. I remember a few months prior to our company getting totally closed I ardently prayed for my job. I knew that it was absolutely impossible to get a job in my stream, which is recruitment, as nobody at that time was ever thinking about generation of employment. But like a child who when he wants something desperately he clings to his father’s arms and does not stop until he gets what he wants, I also prayed to my Eternal Father.

I kept on searching for jobs but could not even qualify for any job, leaving apart getting shortlisted. I kept on praying and pledged to donate a certain amount if I would have got a job. With the lockdown imposed I could not visit Baba’s mandir but my daily morning and evening prayers in my residence mandir had helped me to connect with Baba. I suddenly started getting positions which were matching my skill sets. Soon with positive responses my determination became stronger. I knew that taking action is also as important as having faith and patience. I started modifying my CV and started to read more and more about my subject. In the meantime during one of my regular chats my best friend mentioned this website and shared some experience of devotees with me. I read a few experiences and was mesmerised. She told me to chant the Mantra Om Shree Sai Tirthaaya Namah 108 times every day, and promised from me that I will share my experience on this site if I got a job in these very adverse conditions. Looking at her and her conviction I also got doubly motivated.

With earnest resolve I started to chant the mantra everyday. I am very happy to share that even with the most negative situation I got two job offers on a single day. Also another international opportunity was knocking on my doors. I cannot express enough gratitude to Baba for always being there for me and always fulfilling my wishes. I am so fortunate to have Baba as my Eternal Father. I am happy to share that I have joined a company and I am working my level best to uplift their financial well being. As promised to Baba I have offered Prasad and chadar to Baba and contributed a certain amount for Puja in Shirdi. By sharing my experience I am fulfilling my promise to Baba. Baba, please bless me that I can completely change the fate of my current company and make it the world’s best company. Om Sairam Shree Sairam Jai jai Sairam Satguru Sairam.

Baba Listens To Prayers

Anonymous Shirdi Sai Devotee from USA says: Devotee from USA: My humble Pranam to Sai Baba. Dear devotees, I would like to share another miracle of Baba, which shows that Baba not only listens to our prayers but also answers them.

For one month (Apr/2021) my husband was suffering from severe skin related allergic reactions following home remedies and medications for shingles. These skin reactions in the form of rashes became so unbearable that doctor’s medications were also not curing it and instead it resulted in severe itching causing sleepless nights for both of us.

In the last week of April, in addition to skin rashes his eyes started puffing and became swollen. At that time we immediately decided to change the doctor as the first doctor’s medicines were not very helpful.

Here in the US, it is difficult to find a good doctor and getting appointments sometimes takes weeks to months. Anyways we could find a doctor (primary care physician) but he could not get an appointment at the earliest. Anyways, as his eyes were getting puffy day by day we decided to show him to the eye doctor without waiting for the primary care physician. This doctor also confirmed allergic reaction to the eyes secondary to skin allergy and gave some ointment.

Although I was praying Baba to help us throughout the journey of shingles, skin related allergic reactions and eye swelling and was giving Udi water to my husband, it seemed that Baba was listening to our prayers but was not helping us to get cured. Finally on Wednesday night (Apr/28), I earnestly prayed to Baba and told Him to cure my husband’s skin allergy and puffy eyes by Thursday (Apr/29), Baba’s Big Day and that I would post my experience here.

Devotees you won’t believe by the end of Thursday, his puffy eyes were cured and his skin rashes with itching had almost gone. Baba listened to my earnest prayers and cured my husband. I am forever indebted to Baba. As promised to Baba, now I am penning down my experience or say Baba’s miracles with His beloved devotees.

Before this also, Baba had listened to and answered my numerous prayers but we had to wait with Shraddha and Saburi to receive His blessings. Devotees, never lose hope in Baba and keep praying. Baba is so merciful that He will fulfil all our prayers but at the right time. Om Sairam!

Baba Fixed The Phone

Shirdi Sai Devotee Subbu from London says: Sairam dear readers and Hetalji. Thank you very much Hetalji for creating this platform and for giving us all the opportunity to share Baba’s leelas with each other.

One fine Saturday morning I dropped my phone in water and it stopped working. I did all the usual things like drying it with a hair dryer and switching it off for some time but it was not charging. Slowly the charge was draining. I had a lot of important contacts as well as some automatic code generator app that is used by my company to allow me to login to work. Without this app I will not be able to login to work and there was some important work to be done on Monday.

I requested Babaji to please fix my phone and put Udi on it for a whole night. Unfortunately it still didn’t charge when I tried on Sunday morning. I then took it to a shop and the technician there said that he would try and fix it but there was no guarantee. After 2 hours of ups and downs he finally managed to fix it as the charging port and display were not working and had to be substituted with a new one. I was really happy that my phone was fixed in a day and more importantly I could begin work on Monday without any issues.

I always count myself so lucky that I have Baba in my life to take care of all the big and small things which allows us to lead a carefree life. But still being the human that I’m, I tend to worry needlessly. Please Baba bless everyone with peace, happiness, Shraddha and Saburi. Jai Sairam.

Sai Took Away Pain

Shirdi Sai Devotee Priya from India says: I am Priya, from Chennai. Big or small problems or issues, like any Sai’s children, I call Sai for my rescue.

One such night, I had a severe stomach ache due to my periods. I got my bed ready and was about to lie down. I said to myself, “Anyways I’m not going to sleep now, because of the pain and so what is the point in arranging my bed?” A thought struck me then. Instead of worrying and lying down on bed, I started reading that day’s devotees’ experiences from this Saiyug website. I told Sai, “I cannot bear the pain. It’s Your responsibility to take away the pain completely, before I finish reading the leelas.” I was so engrossed in reading the first devotee’s experience, only when I scrolled down to read the second experience of the day, I realised that Sai had already taken away my pain!

I could only cry in Joy. No words can express my love for Sai and nothing is equivalent to Sai’s love.

Baba’s Blessings

Reading experiences from this blog is like a medicine given to sick people or like food given to the hungry. I consider myself blessed to be reading experiences from this blog and also for being able to post. Please Baba bless everyone with good health.

My husband and I had a small fight and it kept dragging for almost a week. I prayed to our dear Baba to help and resolve the fight. One day I was thinking about our fight and praying to Baba for help and suddenly I opened Facebook and I read a beautiful message about marriage and I had tears in my eyes. Baba listens to each and every prayer of us. I prayed to Baba if we were able to solve our differences then I would post it here and by Baba’s blessings we were able to. Thanks a ton Baba.

I had stomach pain for some time now and some days it was bad and some days it was ok. I prayed to Baba to please cure me. I didn’t want to go to the doctor. After bathing every day I used to apply Udi and drink it. By Baba’s blessings most of the pain is gone.

Baba, You know what I am praying for. I know I have to wait with patience and faith. Please give me strength to go through my current situation. Please be with me all the time. Please bless us all and guide us onto the right path. Om Sairam!

Baba Fulfilled Wishes

Anonymous Shirdi Sai Devotee from India says: Baba fulfilled my two wishes for me and my grandson. I am a Sai Bhakth. Sai has fulfilled my wishes and granted me courage to live life.

I had prayed for my grandson to allow his school to conduct final exams of standard 8th online. Their school did not send a message till last during this pandemic. Then just before the exams we got the news to write the exams online. I had prayed to Baba for this and He answered my prayers.

My second dose vaccine was due and no private hospital had it. At last at Government hospital luckily I got the it today. Thank You Sai Paa for everything. Bless us all with good health Baba.
