Sai Baba’s Birthday Gift To Me

Anonymous Shirdi Sai Devotee From India Says: I am a small humble devotee of Shirdi Sai Baba living in Delhi with my family. Baba is the guiding light of my life and I owe everything to Him. His gracious presence in my life has bestowed me with so many wonderful things that are hard to count. I am truly blessed to be able to serve Him in whatever little ways I can. He recently called me to Shirdi and in what a wonderful way!

I had first visited Shirdi in the year 2015. Since then, it was my heartfelt desire to visit Him again. I tried for two years but for some reason or the other my visit did not materialize. Then came the year 2018. My husband had to travel overseas for work related assignment in January, 2018. I stayed back in Delhi with my two year old daughter. It was a very tough time for us as a family as I had to take care of all the familial responsibilities of my ailing parents, parents in-law and a young child along with my job all alone. In the month of September, my husband flew back for 15 days on leave to meet us. It was during this time that I decided to visit Shirdi and take Baba’s darshan.

We made a travel plan to visit Mumbai from Delhi and stay at a relative’s place in Mumbai for a day. From there, we had thought of visiting Shirdi. The day we had to depart to Mumbai from Delhi via train; my daughter fell severely ill with a high fever. In the morning we took her to the hospital where the doctor kept her under observation for 3 hours. He told us to avoid travelling with her. But we were determined to meet Baba. Actually, He was surely calling us. After taking His name and applying Udi on my daughter’s forehead, we boarded our train in the evening.

We were very worried for our child if she would be comfortable throughout the journey. She cried incessantly for 30 minutes after we boarded the train. But, surprisingly, she slept soon after that peacefully and woke up the next morning only when the train reached Mumbai. The next day when we had to proceed to Shirdi from Mumbai, a closure (band) was declared in Mumbai. However, taking Baba’s name we started. Just after 10 minutes of starting, our car met with an accident that too when there was hardly any traffic on road. Though none of us had any injury, we could not find a mechanic for car repairs due to the ‘band’ (closure). This delayed our planned itinerary. I was very apprehensive about the whole thing. I seemed that since the onset of the journey we were getting negative signals. Then after some time we found one shop where we got our car repaired. Though, we had planned to reach Shirdi same day but the whole trip got delayed by a day due to the accident. Thus, we decided to halt at Nasik during night. Unfortunately, that night my husband had a muscle spasm at night due to which he was in immense pain and could not move at all. Somehow we spent the night at a hotel.

Next morning, he was looking for a driver to return to Mumbai as it was impossible for him to drive to Mumbai from Nashik himself. I was very disheartened. I thought perhaps Baba doesn’t want to meet us now. Luckily, some of the people from hotel staff took my husband to a nearby doctor’s clinic who gave him some injections. I also applied Udi on his back and prayed to Baba to cure his pain. By afternoon, he said that he would drive and we would go to Shirdi and slowly steadily we reached Baba’s abode. As soon as we reached Shirdi, a man standing outside the hotel we were going to, gave me a red rose and said ‘WELCOME’. My husband said that Baba had given me my birthday gift. It was only then that I realized that all problems throughout the journey and the whole delay led us to reaching Shirdi on 11 September, i.e. my birthday. Tears of gratitude started flowing through my eyes and I was overjoyed. Little can we understand about His ways. He tested us throughout our trip but culminated it into a beautiful experience. We had a blissful darshan. My daughter was extremely happy to see Him. Thank You Baba. He next called us to Shirdi very soon when we visited Him with our parents.

All I can say is just have devotion and leave the rest to Him. Belief in God means belief in His timings too. He knows what is best for us and gives it to us at an apt time. Baba, please bless all Your devotees to follow the path of righteousness. Koti Koti Pranam. Om Sairam!

Sai Baba’s Timely Blessing

Anonymous Shirdi Sai Devotee From India Says: I feel embarrassed to be called as Baba’s devotee as I have been upset and angry with Him since last 3-4 weeks. However, I still pray to Him (may not as intense as before) because I feel hollow without praying/chanting His name daily. Please don’t disclose my name or email id.

Last Wednesday i.e. 31.7.2019, my husband was accused of misusing data from his internal company’s project by one of his colleagues from a different domain. The colleague who accused my husband had joined the company recently and was not aware of the project history or how long my husband was working on it. My husband was the one who had established that project and was working since last 3-4 years. That colleague wrote derogatory email to my husband’s boss accusing my husband. My husband’s boss immediately followed up with my husband to ascertain the details. The boss was well aware that my husband was the one who had initiated the project and no one other than him was working on it. It took 3+ hours from the receiving the first email from that colleague until I received a call from my husband. He was very tensed and felt that he had lost all his hopes as he had tried his best to convince his colleague about the project although his boss was aware of the reality.

When my husband called to inform me what had happened, he sounded very tensed and was fearful that he may lose his job. I was trying to calm him down over the phone but internally I was tensed too. However, I knew in my heart that my husband cannot do such a thing. Immediately I prayed to our beloved Baba (despite my anger and being upset with Him) to help solve this problem and maintain my husband’s reputation. Baba gave me a thought to inform my husband about all the historic email approvals he received and the details of the data he had gathered over last 3 years and share that with his boss. Using the historic email communications and approvals as evidence, his boss immediately clarified via email about project establishment and my husband’s pivotal role and also asked that colleague to apologize to my husband as it was a false accusation. This was a big blow to that colleague and till date he has not emailed back or contacted my husband at all. This was indeed Baba’s blessing that cleared my husband’s name. In this situation, I learnt that we children can become upset with our beloved Baba but He will never leave us. Thank You Sai Baba!

Sai Appa Saved Our Family From Distress

Coming to myself, I am a small devotee of our Deva from Hyderabad. I have shared many experiences on this holy site with the blessings of Baba. Now the recent miracle I am going to share with the bliss of our Deva.

Yesterday our whole family was in distress as my husband got a mail from HR for a meeting. He is an IT employee and previously he suffered a lot due to layoffs. This time he himself came out of 2 projects as they were uncomfortable to work for him. So, we were very frightened as what was going to happen and immediately I prayed our Deva to bring him out of this and it should not be a layoff and promised that I would share this miracle with all other devotees on this holy platform.

Our Deva as usual showed His unconditional love and mercy on these poor devotees and it turned out to be a casual meeting as he had taken frequent leaves due to some personal emergencies. Deva, thank You is a very small word for what You are doing for us and all other devotees. Baba, please always keep me and my family at Your lotus feet. Please pull my husband at Your lotus feet. Please make him realize the importance of divinity and humanity.

Baba by Your blessings tomorrow I am going to start Sai Divya Pooja for 7 weeks as promised to You. Please be with me Deva and let me complete the pooja without any obstacles. Sorry Deva for prolonging it from so long. Friday I am going to do puja for Sravana Sukrvaram (Friday In Shravana month) and Saturday we are planning to visit Bhadrakali temple in Warangal to offer the offerings to Devi that I had promised. Please make me do all the pujas without any obstacles Deva. Please bless entire mankind Deva and keep all of them at Your lotus feet. I wanted to share a small but extremely meaningful experience which I had. There was a Bhajan going on which said like – Have you called Baba with longing? Try once and let’s see if he doesn’t come. This line struck with me. I was thinking of my attitude, have I really surrendered myself to Baba. The reason we always try to think about how we can solve our problem. However once we leave it to Baba I have always felt better and the problem gets solved by itself.

My experience this week was a long standing issue that I have been facing, I was scared and it was extremely disturbing. It hasn’t been solved yet, but I have realised that when I leave it on Baba, I am relaxed and I definitely move ahead in my path of solving the problem. In fact Baba shows you the way. Baba, please continue showing us the way and give us the strength to stick to our faith. Om Sairam.

Sai Baba Cured My Son’s Pain

Shirdi Sai Devotee Sailaja From USA Says: I am Sailaja from USA. I wanted to thank Hetalji from the bottom of my heart as I feel insufficient without reading this blog daily. Please edit if it is needed.
Baba pulled me towards Him this year March after completing Sai Satcharitra within one week. From then continuously I have been experiencing Saimaa’s presence every moment. I have already shared two experiences before which are yet to be published. Baba gave me an opportunity to share one more experience here.

From past 3 days my son was complaining about knee pain and back pain. He didn’t want to miss his classes in school and he had to climb stairs to go to classes. So he started crying as it was difficult to walk. I was so worried and prayed Baba that I would share my experience if he gets cured and can climb stairs in school without any difficulty. I applied Udi on his knees and back for 3 days. Yesterday he went to school, climbed the stairs and today he is feeling much better because of Baba’s grace. I strongly believe Baba cannot see His devotees suffering. Baba please take care my son and bless him and all Your devotees with good health and peace.

Importance Of Chanting Sairam

Today I am going to Hyderabad and for this I have to change two trains; one from my native place to Vizag and then from Vizag to Secunderabad. So the first train arriving at Vizag was 1 hour late. So I chanted His name only. Then the train moved and I caught the second train without being late. This was because of Baba only. So I posted this experience. Thank You so much Baba.
