Sai Baba The Saviour

Shirdi Sai Devotee Sowmya from India says: Sairam to all. I was introduced to Sai Baba through a colleague who happened to be an ardent devotee of Sai Baba. Though I have been to Shirdi twice before, but began to find solace and faith after this incident which took place in November 2016. Sorry Baba for posting this with much delay.

During this period my father underwent heart surgery. Though the surgery was a success, complications occurred during his hospital stay. He had mild paralysis, low vision, stammering and infections during his stay there. He was discharged after nearly a month with further treatment and nursing at home. We as a family went through hell and we’re shocked beyond our limits. During this time, my friend told me to read Sai Satcharitra which she had given me and not worry much as Baba will take care of rest of the things. Things were moving very slowly to normal when suddenly my father once again started grasping for breath and swollen feet. He was rushed to the hospital in ambulance to the ICU. He was in the intensive care ICU for nearly 10 days and later shifted to the ward for 2 days. We were informed by the surgeon to take an immediate call for second surgery at around 8 pm for next-day morning surgery. We were apprehensive and tensed. Though I had kept money in my account and with my husband, mother and sister by my side, money was not an issue. But the surgeon made it very clear that it was a complicated case and with advanced age the chances of survival were very less. Miracle can only save him and told us to tell the same to my father. I was in for a ride shock and could not hold my tears. My husband took control of the situation and informed the doctor that he would speak to my parents. My mother too was shocked and just stared at us and started weeping. My father took it sportingly and gave thumbs up for redo surgery. He told me to take care of my mother and family and told to deposit the surgery amount.

The surgeon too came in the meantime and spoke to my father. Doctor too was very confused and sad. He promised us that he will do his best. This was a rarest of rare case which he was to handle. Though around 10 pm remitted the full amount and bid good bye to my parents in the ward with a heavy heart, I reached home around 12 and broke the news to my sister. The next day we were at the hospital at 6am, the surgeon requested us one more days’ time for surgery to analyse how to go about the complicated surgery. Even he had a sleepless night. During this period I started inclining towards Baba and started naam jaap. Next day surgery took place and lasted for more than 12 hours. Around a midnight we had a glimpse of the ICU…the surgeon was exhausted but happy to inform us that it was successful but next 24 hours were critical for recovery. During his stay in ICU and in the ward, my father fought a critical and grim battle. My hope on Baba to save my father grew stronger day by day. Though he had endema, he was discharged once again with further care at home as his stay at hospital was almost a month. But the local doctor and the family members at home took extra care and my father was on the recovery path. Even my mother had undergone cataract surgery during the said period. It was hell but we all faced it bravely. I firmly believe that only Baba saved my father. I read Sai Satcharitra during this period and promised Baba to share my experience. Though it is late, it’s never too late. My father has recovered well and his confidence is back to normal. Thank You so much Baba as You have held us all at home strongly during this most difficult phase of our life. Be with us always Baba and show us the right way. Om Sai Ram.

We have experienced lots and lots of Sai’s miracles in our life, there is no way I can list them all here as our ever single minute is our Sai’s blessings for us. Deva You have removed us form so many problems, and gave us lots of happiness, Baba we are ever and ever grateful to You Deva. We can never forget every single bhiksha You have bestowed on us. Deva You have forgiven our mistakes and accepted us as Your kid. Baba, please keep Your daya dristi on us ever like this.

Deva please help my kids to get good educations, health and success throughout their life and always keep Your merciful blessing on them, my kids love You so much Sai, please never leave them. My husband too loves You a lot Sai, please bless him with good health and prosperity in his life. Baba You gave me job on right time, helped my father-in-law to recover soon, helped us get a beautiful home and sell our old house without any problem, helped my elder son in his studies etc. Etc. what all I can list here Sai, it is really impossible to list everything here. Deva even a leaf won’t move without Your grace Sai, and this is so true. Deva please Sai You know what is going on in my mind please Sai help me achieve that. Deva please Sai, I am trying all possible to get through that Sai. Deva I need Your help for that Sai. Please bless me with that and please help us to get our visa without any trouble and please help me get a new job Deva. Deva we need Your merciful blessing Sai. Please never leave us Deva. Thank You for everything Baba. I know Sai, thank You is a very small word we humans can tell for everything You do for us, but Sai I promise You that I will try to follow Your teachings and impose Your teaching in my life and will try to do everything You want us to do as a thank You to You, because I know Sai more than saying thank You; You want us to follow Your teachings and be good human beings and do good to everyone. I will definitely try to follow Sai, but as a human being if I do any mistake please forgive me Sai. Never get angry on us Sai, because we can never bare Your anger Deva. As human we tend to do mistake please, please forgive us and help us follow Your footsteps Deva. Always and always love You Sai. Om Sai Ram!

A True Miracle

Anonymous Shirdi Sai Devotee from US says: Myself and my husband have just entered the fourth decades of our lives, we are both young physicians currently in-training in our respective sub specialties. Thank you for providing this platform to share the experiences. I read this blog everyday and has helped solidified my belief in Sai baba. I am a relatively a new devotee of Sai baba (since past 4-5 years) and have already experienced multiple miracles. Here I describe one such miracle.

I met my husband here in the US during training and fell in love. My husband was diagnosed with testicular cancer at the age of 26 shortly after we decided to get married. Then came the nightmare of going through surgery and chemotherapy. With Baba’s grace, he was considered cured/cancer survivor within a year. The biggest challenge was convincing my parents for the marriage. My parents as always, after some serious talks, trusted my decision, and again by Baba’s blessings the wedding happened without any obstacles. I have always dreamt of having babies and since my husbands’ diagnosis worried about ever being able to have babies. It’s now been two and half years since we got married, Baba has blessed both of us with excellent careers and the opportunity to train at the best hospitals in the US. Since we are settled now, with jobs lined up for us starting next academic year, we decided we should probably give this a shot and see if we conceive naturally without having to resort to infertility clinic. I prayed to Baba every single day and night, take His name for best outcomes in my endeavours, and for my patients as well. And here it comes; with Baba’s blessings I recently found out that I am pregnant. I pray to Baba for a healthy pregnancy. This has confirmed my faith in Him further. I have realized that the saying – Shraddha and Saburi is so very true. We just have to place our complete faith in Him and have Him take the lead of our lives, because He means the best for His devotees. Sai is always with us at every step and in our good and bad times.

Thank You Sai For The Blessings

Thank you very much Hetal Ji and other team members for providing this platform. I currently reside in the USA with my husband. I have been praying to Sai Baba since my university days. Sai Baba is my father Who has always been there throughout my ups and downs. He is always there to guide me and protect me.

Last year I got married. The wedding mandapam was called Saideep Mandapam, it was behind this Sai Baba Temple. It was definitely a blessing to get married there with the blessings of my father (Sai Baba). Even my marriage was fixed in that temple. Each and everything that happened in my life since my university days has been due to Sai Baba’s blessings. I have been delaying in writing this post. Please accept my apologies Baba. Thank You very much for blessing in the H1-B extension process for my husband. The approval came on a Thursday that made it even more special. Once again thank You Baba. Right now, I have two things in my mind. Please fulfil them. At times I get impatient but I know You will always bless us the right thing at the right time. Dear Devotees Sai Baba might tests us or put us through certain situations but He is always there for us. Only when we look back we understand why certain things happened. He asks only two things from us – Faith and Patience. Om Sai Ram!

Sai Baba My Doctor

Anonymous Shirdi Sai Devotee from USA says: I am a devotee if Sai Baba. By His grace I have witnessed many of His miracles. This is my latest one.

I am pregnant due to Sai Baba’s blessing. Five years after marriage, Deva had informed me ahead that I will become pregnant on so and so date and it exactly turned out to be the same. Now during my seventh month of pregnancy; the doctor performed diabetes test and told me my sugar levels were high and I need to take another three hour test. I was very scared as to what implications it might have on the baby. As usual I cried to Deva to save me and my baby and bring my sugar levels to normal. Surprisingly when I took the test in three days’ time I had normal levels and was happy to the core. It would have been frightening to think about the turmoil I would have to undergo if not. Thank You Deva as promised am sharing my experience. I am waiting for His blessings for few more health issues of my baby. Please save us Deva. Sai Baba Helped Us In Finding Documents

Anonymous Shirdi Sai Devotee from UK says: Hi I am a devotee of my Sai Baba. I am Baba’s little girl who is completely dependent on Him. I have a family, parents, and all by God’s grace. Now, coming to my experience, me and my daughter had an appointment for visa extension on 14th April so we had to travel to Birmingham night before. My husband was taking care of my kids and belongings. When we reached our destination station we got down and were ready to catch taxi then we realised that my husband forgot important documents including passports and everything in train. I started praying Baba and promised Him that if we found the documents then I would definitely post this experience. My husband went to Customer service and explained them about the situation; they asked us to wait for some time to collect the documents when the train returned back. Finally the train came back and we got all our documents safely with the blessings of Sai Baba. Thank You so much Baba.
