How I Became Baba’s Devotee

Sai Devotee Madhuri from India says: I am an ardent devotee of Baba since I was 15. Now I consider myself as His loving daughter. When I was a small girl, i.e few months baby my health was not good because of cold and fever. My parents prayed in a nearby Hanuman temple and I regained my health. From then on my parents always encouraged me to pray to Lord Hanuman. He saved me from death in an accident when I was in my kindergarten.

When I started growing, slowly I became an atheist. I thought why I should believe in God when I never saw Him. Isn’t it illogical? I then gave my tenth class exams and was waiting for the result. There were only some days left for the result declaration. My mother is a devotee of Baba and my father believes in both Lord Venkateswara and Lord Hanuman.

One day, my mother asked me to light a agarbatti in our Puja room and pray for good marks. I mocked at her saying, my exam papers were already corrected long back and now just few days were left for results declaration. I asked her if I prayed to God now, how would my marks change because the papers were already corrected and the marks were already awarded. What an Agyani (ignorant person) I was? All this I said while I didn’t notice that my father was standing behind me. He usually leaves for office at 6:30 a.m in the morning. Oops! I was caught. He started scolding me that how could I become his daughter? (Because we are Brahmins and both my parents believe in God) I felt really bad and started crying due to his scolding. My mother comforted me and then she gave me Sai Satcharitra to read. Being a kid I liked the red-coloured bonded book. She asked me to read it for scoring good marks. I really don’t know why I started reading it because I never believed in God. Maybe it was because of my love for books and I love stories. I couldn’t read it properly because the Telugu language in it was very difficult for me. Anyway, I had completed my Saptah. I didn’t do it properly because I was not much interested. In fact on the first day I had read our lyrics a few pages rather than the entire Thursday part because of my ignorance as it was my first Saptah. I got good marks in my tenth class exams but I thought it was only because of my hard work and nothing else.

In my junior college also I worshipped Him on and off. However I desperately prayed to Him to give me admission in an NIT or an IIT which He didn’t. I was disappointed with Him and used to cry every single day. I joined a nearby engineering college. Then I lost my mobile phone in my first year and He gave it back to me in “the most miraculous way”. (I already wrote about that experience). That was the first time I started believing in Him. Later my mother got admitted in hospital and He stopped the need for operation. This was because my mother did abhishekam with Udi. (I shared this experience too). Devotees, if you have any health problems, then do abhishekam to Baba’s idol with Udi. It will cure any health problem. This was the second time I believed in His miracles.

Slowly He pulled me towards Him like a sparrow. Now miracles have become a way of my life. He makes sure to clarify any doubt that arises in my mind in a maximum span of three days. He came in my dreams also. I also have visions of Him where He guides me. Looking back, I realise that He was always in my life. The name of the first school I studied is “Shirdi Sai Vidya Vihar”. My father’s elder brother gifted me a story book of Baba for my seventh birthday. We went to Shirdi when I was in my sixth class. There a Telugu family took us to each and every temple in Shirdi as it was first time for my parents also. He totally changed me as a person. I have left most of my bad habits. Whenever I stand humbly in front of Him and ask for His advice and guidance, I receive it immediately. I consider Him as my father and also my best friend. I share jokes and also fight with Him. He has given me the world’s best parents. Everything in my life is His Bhiksha. Now I am closer to Baba than my mother. I am ever grateful to Him to choose me as His daughter. Sai Baba’s Miracle

My whole family is a devotee of Sai Baba since 2005. So there are countless miracles happened with all of us. But here I am going to share one of the miracles which happened recently. My parents visited my sister’s place. And one day my father went out to buy some grocery items from market on scooter. In market he parked my sister’s scooter and went for purchasing items but when he came back, to his surprise scooter​was not at the place where he had parked. So he got very upset and he called my sister. My sister filed FIR and police came to that place. But nothing happened and police said that they couldn’t do anything right then and they would see it the next day morning. My mother was very upset as that was my sister’s scooter and it would not look nice on parent’s part. My brother-in-law is very nice. He was continuously saying that don’t worry papa. It’s ok. But my parents were very upset. So my mother prayed to Sai Baba that please help us in finding the scooter. So Baba heard her prayer and my brother-in-law informed my sister on phone that we got the scooter. It was standing in front of one shop named Sai Karyana store. So we all felt relieved as our Sai did everything for us. Because of Sai we got our lost scooter. So thanks Sai Baba. You are everything for us. Please bless us every time.

Baba’s Help In Crucial Time

Anonymous Sai Devotee from India says: I am a small Baba’s devotee from Hyderabad. This is a very good platform for Sai Bhakts (devotees). It increased our faith in Sai. Whenever I was depressed this became a booster for me. Dear Hetalji you are doing a good job. Sai blessings are with you.

Coming to my experience, it is help from Sai in proper time. I completed my degree and waiting for my career to build up. But I faced lot of struggles regarding this. Almost I waited for 7 years and at last Sai heard my prayer.

From childhood I had full faith in Sai. What I am today is because of Sai. May be because of past karma I faced these many problems in building my career. I prayed, “Sai You are my Guide, show me the correct path”. I faced lots of ups and downs during this period but my Baba is with me always. He helped me to overcome the problems. Sometimes I used to lose my hope but whenever I read the experiences, I thought that He was testing my patience. I told Sai, I lost my confidence and hope this was the last time I am trying. By Baba’s grace this time I faced the exam and interview on Thursday so I was confident that He would definitely help me. At last the day came where Baba showed His presence in crucial time and I succeeded. Thank You Baba. Thank You very much for accepting me as Your daughter. Please be with me always. Don’t leave me alone, I can’t live without You. You are my everything. Dear devotees don’t lose hope on Sai He will definitely come to help you, please have patience. Om Sairam.

Phone Started Working

Sai Devotee Chirag Nagpal from India says: Om Sairam devotees and Hetal aunty, I am sure you all are doing good by grace of our Baba. I have posted experiences earlier as well and this is the recent one, forgive me Baba for posting it late.

Mine is i-phone 6 which is almost 2 years older now. Sometimes it malfunctions; the problem is it shows connection with headphone even when it is not so I am unable to take calls and make calls without headphones but after few minutes problem gets resolved. But this time it didn’t work although I made several tries but it didn’t work. I went to the mobile shop, the engineer said that the plate had to be changed and expense would be around twelve or thirteen hundred. I was feeling bad as I couldn’t afford and I didn’t want to bother my parents for money. I was feeling bad as it was feasible to use headphones every time.

Somewhere in my mind a thought came that I have read several experiences on blog like this, what if Baba does the similar miracle with my phone too and it starts to function properly? Also my mom is my lady luck; so I asked her to touch the phone so that it starts functioning and after sometime it did happen so. Yes the miracle happened. With Sai Baba’s Grace Became IT Manager
