Baba Helped Me In Selling House

Sai Devotee Sri from USA says: Om Sairam! I have shared some experiences on this website before and with Baba’s grace I’m adding one more to the list of Baba’s leelas. Please forgive me Baba if I have made any mistake on writing this. This experience is about how Baba helped me in selling a house.

I am at present in USA and owned a home back in India. That home was locked for a year and I wanted to sell it off as nobody was using it. I started the process for it. I approached one of the property management companies in India which does real estate business for NRIs. They help to buy/sell properties in India. I talked to them and provided the copy of the documents to them. They verified it and said that this house was unapproved and it cannot be sold nor anyone would be willing to buy it. It was a great shock to me. I prayed to Baba, please help me in selling this house and left it to Him. It’s a tedious process sitting here in USA and trying to sell a house in India.

Before all these process started, I went to India, I was talking to my friend casually and told him that I wanted to sell the house as it was very difficult to maintain from USA. At that time I was not ready to sell the house but just told him I would be interested to sell. Later, when I was seriously looking on to sell the house when I was in USA, my friend himself messaged me in Whatsapp one day and told me that other friend of us was interested to buy the house. Then we finalized on the price and everything went smoothly. My friend who was going to buy a house started his bank loan process. He also deposited a huge advance amount to my bank account before even we signed sale agreement etc. I was afraid that what happens if bank says that this house was unapproved etc. I kept on praying to Baba. Also, I also prayed that I will type Om Sairam 108 times in my computer everyday until everything happens smoothly. By Baba’s grace the Bank did not raise any problem about unapproval etc. I also took a home loan and I wanted to close the loan with the help of advance amount I got from my friend. So, I couriered the cheque to the home finance company much ahead of my travel to India for registration purpose to complete on time as I need to get the original documents. By Baba’s grace the cheque reached them safely and they were able to deposit the cheque and get the final amount. Now, they have to get the original document as they will be keeping in locker. I planned in such a way that the day when I land in India, next day I can go and collect the original documents. During that time the home finance company shifted their office to other location and the original documents didn’t reach them as planned because of the shift. Because, the courier company was trying to deliver in old office address. I kept on following up with them every day and they asked me to call 10 a.m or 3 p.m. That’s the time the courier guy delivers the letters. After 4 days of follow up, finally they got it and by Baba’s grace I collected the original documents. Then with Baba’s grace the registration went on fine and the bank/friend handed over the cheque for the remaining amount. The registration got completed just 3 days before my departure to USA.

I noticed the cheque had my name in different from what is there in my bank account. My bank had expansion of initials but cheque had just my first letter of my initial. I was worried if that would get deposited. I was checking my bank account daily if that got deposited and parallel to , it was praying Baba to please make that amount deposited to my account without any issues. Yes, you guessed it right. The amount got deposited without any issues exactly on the day of my departure to USA. From Start to End Baba took care of everything and went on well. But human mind starts doubting on everything. Sorry Baba, to doubt on You. But by Your grace still You made sure that everything went well without any issues.

After a month later, I asked my friend if he could send me a copy of sale deed document what we registered. For some reason, he was not co-operative and didn’t send me the document. I checked with my other friend who initially sent me whatsapp message. He was not co-operative as well. I was following up multiple times but both of them were not co-operative. Then, Baba came to rescue for that as well. This was shocking to me. I was so helpful to them at the time of registration. Even, I gave all the original documents to my friend even before registration. As my friends, were not co-operative I approached a company in India which again helps to get birth certificates/college transcripts etc. When I approached them, initially they did not kind of agree to get a copy of sale deed from the registrar office as they have not dealt it before. But somehow, by Baba’s grace they agreed and got the sale deed copy without any issues from Registrar Company. It is still really shocking why my friends did not co-operate on this. But by Baba’s grace, I got the copy of the sale deed without any issues. Baba, please forgive me if I had posted this late. Miracle

Anonymous Sai Devotee from UK says: Om Sairam. Hi all Sai devotess. Thank you Hetalji for doing this wonderful job which increases faith in our beloved Sai Baba. Please don’t include my e-mail and my name. I live in UK with my wife and 3 year old boy. I would like to share my experience I have experienced in my life.

One day I woke up with severe abdomen pain, went to see the doctor, was given medicines for 1 week. In the mean while asked me to go for blood tests and ultrasound scan. Blood tests came normal, abdomen pain was better after using medicines but not fully cured. I have been praying Sai Baba to take my pain off. After 2 weeks my ultrasound scan was done in which doctors found unusual lesions (tumours) on my liver. They wanted a clear look of them so they suggested for MRI scanning which was scheduled after 10 days. I had asked the doctor what it could be? Doctor told that it could be anything, they couldn’t tell me that time. In the worst case it could be cancer. After listening this I was shattered and I didn’t know how to react? I was thinking of my family, my parents and mostly my 3 year old kid. All the thoughts were coming through my mind which made me stressed a lot. I was literally dying with stress and I cried a lot. But all these days I was praying Baba daily and asking questions to Sai Baba in my phone app. All the time it came as positive signs from Sai Baba, this would boost my confidence and after few hours I used to get all negative things in my mind.

I was reading all these stories, on one of the story someone mentioned Sai vrat. So prayed Sai Baba and started 3 days before my scan on one Thursday. On the day of scan they had asked me to leave all my belongings in locker and I requested them I would carry Baba’s photo which was always there in my wallet. As it doesn’t contain any metal they allowed me inside. Scanning was done and they have told me that they were going to send the results to my GP within 10 working days. This waiting time was killing me. On the other side I was praying Sai Baba daily. Continued vrath and reading stories which boosted positive thoughts in my mind. I have tried applying Udi by keeping faith on Baba, on my stomach. I had requested Baba to come to my dreams, but last Monday I hadseen Baba with Shiva both mix in one picture and then I woke up. Next morning I saw similar kind of picture on Facebook which someone had shared it. I thought it was a sign that Sai Baba is with us in every moment. Last night I have again asked Baba about my health, it came as; Don’t worry if you surrender to me, miracle happens and your worries vanishes. Guess what today morning I have got a call from doctor saying that it was all normal and they didn’t find any tumours on my liver. I’m really overwhelmed by listening this. Baba increased my faith after this. Doctor told it might be due to gastritis. I believe this mild pain also removed by Baba. I have got full faith on Him. Please bless me Baba to complete the vrath without any difficulties and I have got one more wish: my career request. I have requested Baba before starting vrat. I have got full confidence and faith Sai Baba will make this happen. Please guide me in right direction in my future. I’m totally surrendering to You. Om Sairam.

Sai Baba Cured My Eye Problem

Sai Baba is my everything. He is our Guru, Guide and our father. This is my experience that shows He is always with us, first time I shared how Baba showed me that my gynaecology problem was not huge and it was curable, second time I shared how Baba blessed my husband and made him so devoted to him, third time Baba cured my mom’s health issue, and now he cured my eye problem. I have sensitive dry eyes issue, whenever I use my mobile for long time I have irritations and blurred out feel. I got my eyes checked and got some drops from doctor. But due to work I used mobile devices, a couple of days before I got a swelling in my left eye lower lid. I felt so scared that I already have complications with my health taking medication. I was worried, noticing this one in my eyes, I went to pooja room prayed to Him, applied Udi and the next day it was gone. I was feeling good about it. He did not worsen my problem. Me and my husband got so many issues to be solved and Baba has now given us strength and hope to take life as it comes. He has given us good hope and shows how to live and understand life, our problems are not solved but we know He is always with us, He is shaping up our future, our life, our mind. He has given us a good yoga Guru, Guide, and this Guruji is teaching is Gnana in life. It’s a greatest blessing, Baba knows. What is good for us, all we need is faith and patience. He is always watching us and He has His right timing for us and for us all. Everybody try to read Sai Satcharitra it’s so divine, Baba has no big rituals just think of Him with so much faith and love that’s all He needs and He is our God, always bless us Baba, bless everybody, Om Sai Ram. Baba Made My Son Clear His Exam

Anonymous Sai Devotee from India says: I am a small devotee of Baba since 2013. This is a very small experience, but I thought I will share it here. First of all thanks to the team who are doing a marvellous job to boost our faith in our beloved Baba. Whenever my faith goes down I would automatically visit this website. This is like a mobile charger, which help to charge our mobiles when the battery is low or down. I have two experiences.

Once we were travelling to our Native place in a train and it was an overnight journey. My husband has breathing problem. Suddenly during the journey he had that problem. I did not know. He could not sleep and was finding difficult to sleep. I started calling Baba for immediate help. And there He was! Not more than twenty minutes my call was attended, without having any medications the problem was solved. My husband slept peacefully and we reached out native. Other experience is about my Son’s Hindi Exam. My son attended his Madhyama Exam and had attended only one mark questions even he knew the answers for the other part of the question paper. We were not sure whether he would be able to clear the exam. I prayed to our Baba for his results. And yesterday the results were out and as promised by Baba in the Q & A Website. Baba has made my son clear his exam. Thank You Baba!

Baba’s Mercy

Anonymous Sai Devotee from US says: Hello every one. I am Sai devotee from few years. I am follower of Sarath Babuji. After they enter into my life I am experiencing their blessings daily. I want to share one of them with all of You.

We are staying in USA. My house is with carpet. I have one 4 year old daughter and 1 year old son. One evening I light lamp in front of God. My son he was playing in the kitchen and I was also in the kitchen. I got a phone call. I was answering it. In the meantime he went to the lamp which I didn’t notice. He pulled the lamp to the carpet. Fire caught the carpet and fire alarm started. He was standing near the fire. Baba saved him, he didn’t even have single scratch. He was totally fine. I noticed fire after fire alarm. My husband also came. We stopped fire. Some part of the carpet was spoiled and we were worrying about fine. We thought it costs around $500. But Baba saved us. Those carpet people came, checked and charged 120$. They replaced that part. After this incident when I thought something big might have happened on that day. But Baba He reduced the intensity and even we didn’t feel much pain. He put his hands around my kid to save him from the fire. We felt very blessed. Thank You for everything Baba. Sai Make Me Walk On Your Path

I am writing this not because Baba will fulfil my wish but I believe He is there with me and will be with me in every step I make. Though I have never prayed to Him I am feeling His presence in my life since 2014. One small experience I wanted to share:

Om Sairam…! Every exam I went through, Baba had His blessings through one way or the other. Whenever I go for Exam His presence and Blessings are shown through a passing car with His photo. Baba Your presence is shown in everything, these days are very tough for me, please be on my side. Baba since 2 times I was trying to come to Shirdi but it used to get cancelled in the last moment. Please let me and allow me to come to Your place, I believe strongly everything will be fine after coming to Shiridi. By Your grace I have got a good job,You know better than me what am I facing. Please forgive all my mistakes and let my marriage happen with my loved one with all the blessings of You and my Parents.
