Sai Baba, The Saviour Of All

Sai Sister Shima from India says: I am from Shillong, Meghalaya and daughter of (L) Mr. Narendra Modak and Mrs. Shamola Modak and is the youngest among the seven siblings. I have completed my M.A, B.ed and for the last 11 years involved in social work development and since 2010 initiated with educational centres in slums and remote areas providing education to the distressed and under privileged children. I also work as a counsellor and supervisor at IGNOU for BSW and MSW Course. I feel privileged and honoured to consider myself as a true devotee of Sri Sai Baba as He has always been answering my prayers. Om Sai Ram. Om Sai Nathay Namah. Sai Baba is great and proved that He is Omnipresent and always runs to help and safe His devotees. Since my early teenage, I have been hearing about Sai Baba but was not much aware about Him. It was only sometimes in 2003 or 2004 that I learnt, from my friend Dipanjali Deb, about the greatness of Sai Baba and His miracles as well as His extreme love towards His devotees. I also learnt the about the Miraculous Vrat Katha of Sai Baba. My friend presented me Sai Baba’s Vrat Katha and told me that Sai Baba listens to the prayers of all and fulfils their wishes. After going through the Vrat Katha, I started praying to Him and found that every time my prayers are answered by Sai Baba.

Gradually I became a true devotee of Sai Baba and started preaching about Him as well as practising His values and guidelines. I started keeping Vrat quite often and till date do so as well as follow every Thursday as the day of my Sai Baba. There has been many experiences of the blessings received from Sai Baba but I would like to share the recent and most important one. It was on 27th November 2015 when my mother aged 80+ was rushed to the hospital as she could not breathe any more nor could respond to anything. For the last 5 years, my mother is paralysed and is totally bed ridden. As day passed, her condition started worsening but still I continued praying to Sai Baba for His blessing. However on that particular day after she was brought to hospital, I was out of station and received a call from my sister at around 8 pm that my mother might die any moment. It seemed that the doctors declared that my mother may collapse any moment and they can do nothing to safe her as all her body organs failed and she is not responding to any medicine and therefore there is no use of even taking her to an ICU. The doctors made my sister sign a bond that hospital is no more responsible.

After receiving the information, I became so restless and helpless as the place I was then, there was no bus, train or flight service at night. I burst into tears and ran to get my Sai Baba’s Vrat Katha and started reading it and pleasing Baba to safe my mother, asking Him to give me a chance to meet her. I continued praying to Baba with full devotion. On the other hand, my family felt that I will not be able to see by mother any more. But I had full faith on my Sai Baba and felt strong that He will not let my mother go away. I prayed and prayed, read the whole book again and again throughout my whole journey. I reached Shillong on the third day, that is 30th November 2015. Throughout journey my sisters and other continued calling me to come fast as my mother was taking her last breathe. It was a pathetic experience for me. My mother is very dear to me and she is one lady whom has done for much for everyone without any complaints. She never received any happiness or comfort in life. And my only wish was and is to give her everything she lacked in life. After reaching Shillong, I rushed directly to the hospital and found my mother unconscious and breathing with so much difficulty. I burst in tears to see my mother in such a condition. But in my mind, there was only one thing and that is, Sai Baba will definitely listen to my prayers and will not let my mother die. One after the other doctors came and to everyone I asked if there is any hope but each one responded in negative. Yes I felt weak with their response but again turned to Baba asking for His Blessing, visited chapel, went to Sai temple, read Vrat Katha, applied Udi on my mother’s forehead.

Finally My Sai started doing miracles. My mother started responding to medicines. Her blood pressure which was extremely low started rising up, her sugar came to normal, she even opened her eyes although she was not able to recognise any of us. Her whole body which was swollen was coming to normal. In another few days, she started breathing even without oxygen mask. Doctors and nurses became amazed seeing my mother’s stability. They had to accept that our devotion and faith in Sai Baba is very strong and above everything. They started citing our examples to others asking them to pray. After few days, my mother was released from the hospital and brought home. My mother survived and still with us with the greatness and blessings of Sai Baba. Soon after, Sai Satsang was conducted in my house for thanking Baba for saving my mother from death. However there are still some little complications as my mother is not able to eat and nor talk and is fed liquid food through pipe for the last two months. Also lots of bedsores all over her body but with the grace of Sai Baba, I am sure that all these complications will soon go away. Hence I am visiting Shirdi on the 6th of February 2016 to meet Baba and thank Him for His Blessings. Also to beg Baba for His Blessings to heal my mother to a extend that she could at least be able to eat and speak. I also kept a Vrat and on its completion will distribute 1000 copies of Vrat Katha to different devotees and other people in distress to introduce them to the Blessings of Sai Baba. And, my catastrophe of Vrat will be conducted at Shirdi itself and feel so blessed for this. Baba please listen to my prayers. Baba is great Om Sai Nathay Namah.

Baba’s Help At Right Time

Anonymous Devotee from India says: I am a south Indian and want to share my experience with Baba recently. January 1st was my birthday and I have planned to finish Sai Satcharitra on December 31st. Unexpectedly, my friend called me and said that she has been invited by her Mumbai colleague to Shiridi. I have immediately asked my friend whether I can join her. She readily agreed to that and I felt as if Baba was inviting me. So we travelled on January 1st to Mumbai and we were told by Mumbai colleague that she would come and receive us. But all of a sudden, there were unexpected guests and she could not come to station. She gave us address and asked us to come home. Now, we were really tensed as we don’t know the language and that was first time to go to Mumbai. We reached Mumbai in the night and waited for taxi. There were lot of prepaid taxis waiting at the station. But our colleague suggested not to get into those. Hence we were waiting there to get into a taxi on meter. We waited for some time and we were completely tensed. My friend and me both prayed Baba saying ‘Why are You testing us this way. You know that this is not safe time and we are new to this place. Please help us out!’. When we were praying this way, a dog came and stood by our side. My friend felt like Baba is going to help us.

It was like miracle. A cab came and stopped near us and shouted ‘First get into the cab’. We were confused and asked whether it is taxi on meter or prepaid. But the cab driver was not ready to hear anything and asked us to get in immediately as there would be traffic jam otherwise. We got into the cab and now we were really very afraid thinking whether we were safe or not and whether he will take us to the right place. We just said the area name and were asking him whether he knows that (We don’t know perfect Hindi). He said, I know everything and started talking saying ‘few people who are new to this place feel that it is not safe, but believe me, not all people are bad’ and he continued talking about the places on the way. My friend opened Google maps and started checking whether he is going in the right path or not. I was sitting beside her, but I did not know that she was seeing that. The cab driver asked us ‘Am I going in the right way or not?’, saying that he laughed. He was making fun of the people on the way and it seemed like he was trying to stop us from being tensed (Though we pretended like we were not tensed and we know the place).

He stopped exactly in front of the apartment where we were supposed to go and said that, ‘Till here I could bring you people. But I don’t know the flat number where you want to go’ (Saying that he laughed). The fare was 2 rupees less than the amount our Mumbai colleague asked us to pay for the cab. (She said it would cost us 80/- and the charged 78/-). It was completely like a miracle and we felt happy for reaching safe at the right place. We greeted him Happy new year and got down. Later when we recollected his words and his way of making fun, we strongly believe that it was none other than Baba himself. I wanted to share this with everyone from that day, and I am very happy that I found this group to share my happiness. Jai Sai Ram.

Baba, My All Time Saviour

Anonymous Devotee from India says: Om Sai Ram to all Sai devotees. I am 22 years old male Sai devotee from New Delhi. My life is nothing without Baba. Before taking much of time, i would like to share my experiences. My home met with fire in May 2013 and my mom, sister in law and nephew were sleeping inside and mom had a plaster in whole leg but Baba hold her hand to move out, floor was burnt but Baba saved my dear ones. After the first incidence, we were financially exhausted, I prayed to Baba to make it fine and now by Baba’s grace don’t know how it happened, now we are financially good enough. Om Sai Ram. In September 2014, my mother suffered from heart attack. We took her to hospital and in front of me, she suffered from another heart attack and I couldn’t see it, her heart stopped and doctors send me out of ICU. It was Thursday, i shouted Sai Baba, please come and Shera vali Maa. Navratri were going on (My mom is an ardent devotee of Shera Vali Maa and she use to fast during Navratri but that time she couldn’t because we were out of station for marriage). I was shouting like anything and somewhere in between I realised its Thursday and Navratri are going on so nothing can happen to her. I saw a woman who was typically Indian dressed and said don’t panic brother, Mata Rani will do everything alright and doctor gave my mother 3 shocks and yeah she came back. After that angioplasty was done and she is alright by Baba’s and Shera Vali Maa’s grace.

In January 2014, my father had symptoms of cardiac disease as he use to feel slight pain in chest pain and he is diabetic too. I forcefully took him to a doctor who is also Baba’s devotee. I saw Baba’s Photo before entering doctors cabin, Baba had to save us, we consulted doctor and he said that he also might need angioplasty (stent) and prescribed angiography we went for angiography, Doctor said he had blockage in all the 3 main arteries and needs bye pass surgery, i was alone in the hospital and was shattered and called upon my brother who is a staunch devotee of Baba and doctor by profession in Mauritius and suggested me to take dad home because he wanted surgery to be performed in good hospital and I prayed to Baba to get us a best doctor for the surgery and we met doctor Dass in Apollo hospital and he underwent bye pass successfully without any complications, Love You Sai Ram. Thanks a lot hetal ji for doing such a noble job, may Baba bless you always and all His devotee. Om Sai Ram.

Baba Will Definitely Guide You To Choose Good Path

Anonymous Devote from India says: I was not a great devotee of Baba. I used to pray Him only in my troubles. I had a break up with my boy friend and was deeply hurt and cried for so many months and moved on eventually after joining the good circle of friends. Then again he came into contact and i used to not talk to him much as before. One day he asked me whether i can meet him. I was so confused and was thinking whether to meet him or not. Then i asked/prayed Baba please suggest me what to do and asked Him (Baba) is it good for me? i didn’t get any clue from Baba, so i decided to meet him and said yes to him. Just a day before i meet him, i was going to office with my friend on bike. She came to pick me up and showed 2 guys following her (May be they were going in the same route) from her home. She was driving fast and we fell down in the sand my right foot hurt very badly and it was bleeding and my friend was ok with small wounds. The two guys stated above who were following us in the same route helped us and took us to hospital and went away. Then i realized that i got the answer from Baba. He didn’t let me to meet him and i felt that is a miracle/magic happened. I thought that those are the guys sent by Baba to take us to hospital. If i was not met with that accident i would have met my (ex) boyfriend and don’t know what is going to happen. Everything happened for my good and this situation made me a devotee of Baba and this increased my belief on Him. I am very happy to share this miracle of Baba. Reading Satcharitra brought a huge change in me. Read His stories to become a better person. Now i feel that He is always with me each and every day. I feel so very confident. Jai Sai Ram.

Sai’s Grace Has No Limits

Anonymous Devotee from UAE says: I am a staunch believer of Sai. My existence today here in this world is purely because of Sai’s grace. I experienced many ups and downs in life like all the other human beings. But my faith in Sai helped me to overcome the difficulties in life. I feel as though Sai is with me all the time and He listens to me all that I share with Him. Now my husband and me feel that Sai is there sitting in our Pooja Mandir always and taking care of us. I cannot express how grateful I am to Sai for all the favours received. I experienced all that is said in Sai Satcharitra is true to every word of it. I was feeling sad that my daughter was not able to conceive. We got her treated for it every way possible but they were all futile. Every day I used to ask Baba to bless my daughter with a child. I often used to tell Him that I am going to ask Him everyday twice in the morning and evening. I kept nine Thursday Vrat for her and performed Udyapan as directed in the book. I was sitting in the Sai temple and one person came from somewhere and gave me Sai Vrat Prasad. There were many devotees but he chose me to give. Then I felt Baba is going to fulfil my wish. I gave that Prasad to my daughter and only by Baba’s grace, she conceived and was healthy through her pregnancy and gave birth to a baby girl. I certainly feel it is gift that Baba gave us. I call her Sai Varaprasadam. This is just one recent event I am explaining here. But there are many events when I felt the grace of Sai through the my life. Sai takes care of His devotees. He is Mata, Pita Bhandu and Sakha for those who believe in Him. Jai Sai Ram.

My Elder Sister Got Government Job In Hometown With Blessings Of Sai Baba

Sai Sister Kayalvizhi from India says: Om Sai Ram. I am really blessed to be a devotee of our Sai Baba. It’s my past merits, Sai Baba has pulled me to His Feet. I am posting this experience on behalf of my elder sister. My sister cleared the qualification exam for the job that too with the blessings of our Sai Baba. She really worked hard and believed Sai Baba. After seeing her results we all were so happy. Next question was where she will get her posting. She have two beautiful kids. She really can’t leave them and go to work in some other place. So we all were praying Sai Baba for her to get posting in hometown itself and the miracle happened. Most of her friends got posting in other towns. Only she got posting in hometown itself. We all were happy for her. Sai Baba is always there with us. We need to have patience and belief. Surely He will save us from all hurdles. Only Sai Baba knows what is good for us. So believe in Him and wait with patience. Bless all Sai Baba. Thank You for reading it patiently. Om Sai Ram.
