A Book of 365 Experiences for Daily Reading

When Hemadpant approached Baba through Shama for permission to write His story, Baba said “Let him make a collection of stories and experiences, keep notes and memos; I will help him. He is only an outward instrument. I should write Myself My autobiography and satisfy the wishes of My devotees. He should get rid of his ego, place (or surrender) it at My feet. He who acts like this in life, him I help the most. What of My life-stories? I serve him in his house in all possible ways. When his ego is completely annihilated and there is left no trace of it, I Myself shall enter into him and shall Myself write My own life. Hearing my stories and teachings will create faith in devotees’ hearts and they will easily get self – realization and Bliss; let there be no insistence on establishing one’s own view, no attempt to refute other’s opinions, no discussions of pros and cons of any subject.” Thus Baba Satcharitra came into existence helping each and every reader in realizing the supreme Paramatma.

“My bones shall talk to you even from Samadhi and will remove all your griefs and sorrows”. This is the assurance our beloved Sai Ram gave to all His devotees. He always say, “Sitting in Dwarakamai I will never say lie” and true to His words and assurance, He is always with all of us paying attention to all our griefs, sufferings, pleas and pleasures. Its amazing to see how He responds to each of the prayers of hundreds of thousands of devotees all over the world instilling confidence by saying “Why fear when I am here” As all of us realize His leelas are unique and so as each devotee’s relationship with Him is unique.

Thus His devotees continue to experience His presence and grace even after leaving His earthly body nearly 100 years ago. After Sai Satcharitra, Shri BV Narasimha Swami ji made an excellent contribution to the Sai world by collecting experience of devotees of Baba’s life time and published in “The Life of Sai Baba” and after that so many fortunate devotees made effort in collecting and publishing devotees experiences and one such divine work was performed by Smt. Vinny Chitluri in the name of  “Sai Symphony”. As we know His leelas are anant and one would never satiate in reading His stories. With His grace, a platform was provided to all Sai devotees from 2008 to write their experiences to remind Baba is ever living! Now He brought another thought, rather say “command” to bring out a publication reproducing selected 365 devotees’ experiences in a book form on the eve of centenary year (2018) of His attaining samadhi.

Thanks to all Sai Bhaktas for sharing their experiences with Baba since 2008 on this blog. It is so blissful to see how our beloved Sai Baba, our Guru and God has been listening and responding to innumerable prayers of devotees from all over the world. His leelas are unique and so as each devotee’s relationship with Him is unique. As Baba used to say, He pulls his people towards Him from even seven seas far away by fulfilling their material needs only to transition them to spiritual path. Some of the experiences posted on this blog are spiritually blissful and uplifting for readers helping in reinforcing their Shradha and Saburi towards our beloved Lord.
Baba has brought a divine thought of assimilating some of those spiritually enriching experiences of devotees into a book format to facilitate reading and carrying along by devotee readers with them. The thought is to publish selected 365 experiences/leelas from the ones posted on this blog and release on the eve of Baba’s centenary year of His Samadhi in 2018.

It may be a question flashing in the minds of the readers why another book on Baba. In Sai Satcharitra same question was well answered by saying His leelas are ananth and how much ever you narrate or assimilate there are still many uncovered.

So, with His grace and blessings we would like to compile His leelas long after His Samadhi and it is our earnest request to all Sai devotees who ever contributed their experiences to permit us to publish their experiences already posted on the blog in the past few years. We are only His instruments and He himself would be assimilating His choicest stories from the huge collection of devotees experiences. Please let us know if any one has any objection in this divine work. Sairam

  2. Have you ever read Sai Baba is Still Alive by Jaya Wahi. The author has done such a commendable job. Maybe you should get in touch with her to compile this new book you are working on. She writes beautifully.

      First of congratulations on this incredable start … I think you should keep this task as an individual… I have read the book baba is still alive by jayaji an had mailed her with few questions to some she replied and further whn i communicated i did not get any response from her team got a bit disapointed .. But neverthe less her book is definately a star … I love reading it over and over again

    i am so elated knowing that u'll soon be bringing out the compilation of all the experiences published in ur blog in the form of beautiful book which i am so looking forward to.. trust me i am always so eager to read and know baba's stories through any source and i can never get tired of it..so congratulations and baba bless u..u know sometimes, very faintly i used to wonder if these beautiful experiences on ur blog could ever be published in real but i am so happy now knowing that it is happening in real..

    it is really a nice idea to collect the experiences and put it in a form if a book…. this is really a baba Leela…

    I myself got to know about this blog before two and half years ago when I was so distrubed and dull….baba only showed me your blog…..from then on there is no single day I have missed reading the experiences….this blog is part of my life… two years back even I have posted a miracle in this blog….I believe it's all baba's Leela who made me to know this blog and this is my sai family…. so many times I got moral support in this blog in the form of comments…

      Lord Baba willing we will translate book in all vernacular languages. Let us know if anyone is interested in translating book once we are out with English version.

      We have decided to first publish book in English in 2018. Once we are done with this project we shall consider translating in other languages. Basic and hard work is required in first step, so for now only English version.

      Moreover we need 2-3 artists working on Adobe Illustrator or other designing softwares to create pictures of Lord Sai Baba according to experiences. So in all we need 365 pictures + one cover page picture (totally fresh and created from scratch).

I really have felt baba speaking through these experiences published here…guiding us, talking to us, giving us precious jewels of knowledge….so its a great thought….also literature on sai can never be exhaustive….THE MORE THE BETTER!!!
