Strengthening My Ties With Sai

Dear Hetal, thanks again for revealing the portal to Sai’s world. In the post 292, I have written about my initial experiences with Sai. In today’s post I would like to share some more experiences that continue to foster my faith in Him.

Sai Baba, help me in writing this post. At end of post 292, I mentioned that I received and accepted a job offer in the nick of time (by His and Akkalkot Maharaj’s grace). Since then, I moved to Atlanta and started working at the present organization. My employer applied for the H1B VISA on my behalf, but I had not received it yet. I was hoping that I would it have before the end of December, so, that I could renew my Georgia driver’s license before Jan 1 without the hassle of reapplying for a fresh one and taking the written and road test again. It was the last week of December and I came to know via the administration that my H1B process would take additional 2-3 months. On the last day, before the New Year closure of all the offices including Motor Vehicle office, I thought ‘Sai Baba only by your miraculous intervention would I get my H1B and by extension my license today’. At 3:30 pm, my department secretary informed me that the administration had my approved H1B all along, but had misplaced it somewhere. I immediately rushed to the office, picked up my papers and went to the Motor Vehicle office (DMV). I made it just before the closure and got my license renewed at the nth moment by His grace.

This incident did not surprise me much because by then I had begun to rely on Sai for all things big and small. Most often during daytime, I would be caught up in the mundane and think about Him sporadically. At nights, I tried to be more conscious of Him, but would very rarely be successful in thinking about Him subconsciously throughout the night. On one such occasion though, I dreamt of Sai. He said something about mediation and Shama. Unfortunately, I could not recall details, when I woke up the next morning. Since then I have tried to incorporate meditation in my daily routine without much success (I am such a scatter brain, but maybe one day by His blessing). A few days later, I dreamt about Sai Baba. This came as a surprise to me because I was not into Him, almost never thought about Him and always regarded Him a bit indifferently despite His altruistic ventures. He told me that all Gurus were part of universal God and not to discriminate among them. It has been over two weeks now, yet the vividness of this dream manages to affect me profoundly. I think, it His way to open my ‘judgmental’ mind to possibilities of experiencing God consciousness via different sources. After two decades of struggle, I have accepted Sai completely, and recently Swami Samarth of Akkalkot as the Guru of my paternal ancestors and now maybe it is time to accept the seed of divinity in Sai as well.

Baba Is With Us Every Moment

This is wonderful miracle that happened for me and I will be grateful and an obedient servant to Baba always. This miracle happened 2 years back in my life. I knew there was someone by name Baba, but never knew about His beautiful affection and miracles that He did for His devotees. I am lucky that at least I came to know about Him about 2 years back!

Ever since I became His devotee, I am proud and I am happy to tell that He has showered His blessings on me too. Yes, this happened 2 years ago. I had my menses problem for 8 years. It never used to be regular. I had undertaken different medications like allopathic, homeopathic, ayurvedic. But, It wasn’t cured. I came to know about 9 Thursdays Sai Vrat. In that Vrat book, there is a story, which says, a girl who had severe knee pain had the following miracle happened: She prayed to Baba that if her knee Pain goes away before going out of Sai temple (she prayed this inside temple premises), she will undergo 9 week Sai Vrat. What a miracle! The knee pain vanished for her as soon as she stepped out of the temple. Similarly, I prayed to Baba that my periods which was prolonging for 2-3 weeks continuously, should stop before I leave from the temple and from then on it should become regularized. And I took an owe that I will undergo 9 week Thursday Vrat. I can’t express the happiness in words. My periods stopped as soon as I came out of temple and it’s very regular now without any medication. I am so happy and tears roll out whenever I think of this. There are so many other miracles that have happened and I will share one by one soon. Love you so much Baba.

Sai Baba Blessing

Jai Sai. This is the first time I am posting my experience with Sai. I am 32 year old residing in USA from long time. I got in touch with Sai Baba in 2010, when my mother was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. As they say “Sai Baba always calls His devotees as like a bird from overseas”. To make long story short, I am a firm believer of Sai Baba and His teachings in Sai Satcharitra. Recently I am dealing with too many problems one after another and I am by myself to face them. After praying Sai with pure heart, He gave His blessings and I have narrated them below. Sai devotees please pray Baba with full heart and He will surely bless you with what you want. Jai Sai.

I own 1BHK which I have also rented out. Here in US besides paying heavy monthly maintenance fees, you also have to take care of any broken things that need to be fixed or you are penalized with heavy penalty fees. So my current tenants were moving at the end of this month (i.e 01/31/2013). I found someone, who was ready to rent the apartment from 2/01/13. So I denied everyone else who were interested in renting out my apartment. The person, who agreed to rent my apartment back out saying he does not want to rent anymore. So I got so sad thinking that all other whom I have denied, I did not have their contact number and they might have found some other place. I was so nervous and scared to death thinking what if I don’t find another tenant. Because even if the apartment stayed empty for a month, I would need to have pay a very high maintenance fee. So I prayed to Sai for his blessings everyday and asked him to find me a tenant.

I prayed everyday and started reading His 1 chapter of Sai Satcharitra every day by offering candles and mala. I prayed with my whole heart and left everything to Sai. There were still doubts being human, but I surrendered Him completely and knowing in my heart that He will take care of this. I felt so light and clear and happy after giving Him all my tensions and worries. After couple of days, the couple, who were interested in getting my apartment and to whom I have denied since it was already taken by the person, who backed out later, I found their number and got in touch with them saying it’s available again. They got very happy and signed the lease and gave me advance this Saturday. I have promised Sai that I will post my experience here if everything goes fine and I am able to find the tenant. And my Sai Baba did listed to His child and wander away her sorrows and worries. The beautiful part about this is the couple, who will be occupying my apartment are Sai devotees as well. I am so happy and so thankful to Sai that I cannot express, but He knows how much I thank Him mentally.

With this I also wanted to narrate another small incident of Sai blessing that just happened today with the same apartment I am renting it out. The lady downstairs my apartment is very old, but she is so nasty and constantly harasses my tenant and gives everyone hard time. Couple of days back, she called cops for no reason. I had some leak issues in her apartment from my apartment and she made a big deal. But every time maintenance guys would come they could not locate the problem. She made my life miserable and hell. I prayed to Sai this morning again to help me with this problem and bless me that they should not find any leaks due to mistake on my part as I keep everything very neat and perfect. This is what happened. I got email from management saying there is minor issue and will have to be resolved by me. I checked it and was really minor issue. I could not have thanked Sai Baba enough that He fulfills all my demand without any delays and is always with me in all my trouble and painful journey of life. Hey Sai Baba as You have stayed with me always and shower Your blessings please bless all Your devotees and always be with them in time of need. Jai Sai Ram. Jai Sai Samarth.
