A Couple of Sai Baba Experiences – Part 60

Dear Sai Readers, i hope you are liking new look of this blog. The transition was completed in just one day which seemed really impossible while passing through hectic schedule. All i can say is that it was totally wish of Lord Sai Baba and certainly it was not possible without His grace. I wish you all find this new look more user-friendly with ease to browse to any experiences posted from day one. I am eagerly waiting for your comments on this transition too!

In Shri Sai Satcharitra we have read various unique ways used by Lord Sai Baba to save lives of His devotees. Today also incidents of such sort are seen and the second experience reveals the same.

My Real Experience With Shree Shirdi Sai Baba

Sai Sister Rani ji from India says: I am a senior executive in a financial institution. I am a strong devotee of Sri Ganesh, Lord Shree Shirdi Sai Baba, Sri Venakateswara Swamy, Sri Laxmi Narasimha Swamy and other GODS.

However due to my ill luck, I was jailed for the loans granted against forged documents, which I was not aware. The concerned Judge was an upright person and I was told by the other under trials that Bail was out of question for at least 3 months. But I was having total belief on Lord Shree Shirdi Sai Baba of getting bail. However my first bail application was rejected and second one I applied after 14 days. During this period I performed Sai Parayanam (Shri Sai Satcharitra) for one week in the Jail and offered sweets (Chikki available in Jail canteen) and distributed to one and all in barracks. I Prayed to the Lord Shree Shirdi Sai Baba, as to If bail is not granted this time, I will never visit Lord Shree Shirdi Sai Baba Temple in my life, but will perform Annadanam Seva at Sai temples and will not see the Lord Shree Shirdi Sai Baba.

Finally the Lord Shree Shirdi Sai Baba listened to my prayers and the bail was granted, which was signed by the Honorable Judge at 6.40 PM on Thursday i.e. Lord Shree Shirdi Sai Baba day. Though my case is still under preliminary stage, but with the blessings of Lord Shree Shirdi Sai Baba, I am confident of coming out of the case with flying colors.

Here the main reason for my bringing to your notice is that I never demanded or prayed or wished for anything in my life as the Lord Shree Shirdi Sai Baba knows what we require. It will be futile to ask the Lord Shree Shirdi Sai Baba for anything.

But when I came under pressure for my prestige and after serving the Financial Institution for 30 years without any remark, I dared to ask Lord Shree Shirdi Sai Baba, for bail as I never asked for anything in my lifetime. Now that I was in distress, I demanded and with my devotion tested the Lord Shree Shirdi Sai. Baba granted blessings in the guise of Bail that too signed by the Judge on Thursday at 6/40PM.

I request all devotees of Lord Shree Shirdi Sai Baba, to believe the Lord Shree Shirdi Sai Baba, and your honest prayers will be answered positively. However I am very much regret for demanding or testing the Lord Shree Shirdi Sai Baba, but the circumstances forced me to demand being in a helpless situation.

Sai Baba Takes Care Of His Children

Sai Sister Suneeta ji from Canada says: My name is Suneeta and I am from Canada. First time, I would like to share my experience with all Sai devotees and thanks to Hetal ji for giving this opportunity. I am not good in English, and my experience is too long, please forgive me.

Om Sai Ram, Long time back (almost ten years ago), I asked Baba about my life regarding career and of course financial settlement through the book “Your questions Baba answers”. Baba told me “Read Vishnu Sahasranamam for seven weeks”. I tried all these for years many times, but I couldn’t. I used to read two or three weeks and then stopped reading with Baba permission. I asked Baba through the note slips “Yes” or “No”. Whenever I started reading Vishnu Sahasranamam within two or three weeks, I felt like I can’t read. Then I asked Baba through the slips, He used to give permission to stop reading. But in the mean time I completed “Baba Satcharitra” and “Guru Charitra” many times (many times in seven weeks). In Jan 2011, I wanted to read again. I started but one week later, but I got my period, so again I asked Baba and then He said stop reading and start again after one week. Then I asked Baba, I have to read seven weeks so I may have this problem again then what should I do or can I read six weeks because I already read one week. He said “No”. I have to read in seven weeks and also He told me that He can take care of my problem.

Then in third week of Jan, I started reading “Vishnu Sahasranamam”. Two weeks later, I asked Baba for permission to stop reading, but this time, He didn’t give me permission. I told my husband Baba is very particular about my readings; he is going to give us fortune (at that time in my mind fortune means career and financial status only). I read for five weeks. One day, I noticed I had little spotting and pain. I didn’t care I though it is about to period time, Baba is taking care of that for two more weeks as he promised me. At last I completed reading “vishnu sahasranamam” successfully. Exactly three days later, I had chronic pain in my lower abdomen. I almost cried then my husband got ready to take me to emergency. But I said it is normal my period was late for one month that’s why am I getting pain. I applied UDI and had “advil” (pain killer). I had very little relief. I passed five days like that, having short breaths, weakness, all these days I was taking “UDI”, “advil” and also “zentac”, but I didn’t want to go to emergency. I believed that Baba is with me so nothing will happen to me. My family doctor was not in the city, so we had to go walk-in clinic or emergency. In the fifth day evening (March 14), I had chronic pain; I had “advil”. But it didn’t help me. Then I had “zentac”, no use. Again I had one more “zentac”, the pain didn’t come down. Immediately my husband took me to walk in clinic, which is next to my building. Doctor asked me if I was pregnant, I said I don’t think so. But he wanted to test my urine. The result came out positive. That we didn’t expect, because I had problems in conceiving so I had treatment before my son born. That’s why we never expected, I can conceive without treatment. Then the doctor said it was ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage, so we have to go emergency. We were heading out to emergency, then one of the patient told us that in emergency you have to wait at least eight to twelve hours to see the doctor. So it is better to go hospital urgent care centre. Then we rushed to there. There, the nurse said this is not emergency; this is also a walk in clinic. But doctor will see you, then she sent me to inside the clinic. I asked her if I have ectopic or not, she said it might not be that, because with ectopic nobody can move or walk. But I was walking, moving. They did my blood test then gynecologist came to see me. But she looked tensed and asked me about my blood levels. I said I had iron deficiency but I was ok. The doctor made ultrasound appointment in the hospital for next day (March 15) at 8 am and sent me to home. She said no technicians available in the midnight, so she took for the next day. I came home at midnight and went back to hospital in the morning. I had ultrasound at 8am. That technician didn’t answer my questions, because she has no authority to tell anything, but she told me to go emergency. I went to emergency and within half an hour I got call. We went inside the ER doctor came to see me in one hour. He asked me some questions then told me something ruptured inside me. I was furious and asked him so many questions, but he didn’t answer me, because he didn’t want to scare me and waiting for gynecologist. At 12pm, gynecologist came to us and told I had ectopic pregnancy and ruptured so I have too much blood loose. He can’t tell about infection, because I didn’t have fever and took me to surgery immediately. We were in shock, praying Baba and asking why He did it. We expecting something else but this happened. Doctor took all signatures and also for blood transfusion that I had very low blood levels because of internal bleeding. They can’t say how long the surgery will go, because of the inside position. But Baba is with me always, with His blessings surgery done well in one hour, removed one tube, but no infections inside, no needed blood transfusion and the miracle is they sent me home in the evening. Later, we came to know how Baba saved me from death. Why He got me read Vishnu Sahasranamam forcibly and stood beside me all these days. No regrets for the pain and fear I had and all these because these all are karma so I can’t escape.

Yes Baba didn’t give me money or career, but He gave me life. Whenever I look at my four years son, I get tears and I do pranamam to Baba. He knows what to give us, what we deserve for.

My Shirdi Visit

Sai Brother Gagan ji from India says: Om Sai Ram, I am sharing my experience of Shirdi visit. How Baba arranged a visit for me and gave me a nice darshan in the temple.

• Part I:

I was studying in Pune and staying in college hostel. My parents were staying in Mumbai. It was 24th Oct 2009 Friday, as usual I had plans to go home for weekend. On same Thursday, I had a very strong feeling to visit Shirdi. I prayed to Baba that ‘Baba, please give me darshan, and I want to visit Shirdi’. After this, I even called up my local friends to visit Shirdi along with me, but they all were busy that weekend. I was a bit upset but then I came to know that a friend from my hostel was visiting Shirdi along with his family that weekend. I was happy that at least I can send my offerings to Shirdi along with him. But this was not supposed to happen.

On Friday, I was all prepared to leave for Mumbai, I was having lunch in canteen and was about to leave then all of a sudden a friend of mine (whom I never met before) enquired me about Shirdi route and the buses for Shirdi. I immediately asked him if I could join him and guess what he was too happy because he was going alone and was looking for a company. That’s how I got a chance to visit Shirdi. I thank Baba that He gave me an opportunity to visit Shirdi and have His darshan. This was my second trip in the same year. And after that also I have visited Shirdi early this year.

• Part II:

We reached Shirdi at around 9 pm and after getting the accommodation went for darshan. But couldn’t get the darshan as the temple was about to close and just had a glance of Baba that too for few seconds when the door was closing. We were again in the queue at around 1 am and this time we were sure that we’ll be able to attend the morning aarti right in front of the Baba. But as soon, we entered the main hall, it was too much crowded and we got a place to sit, where we couldn’t even see Baba. I was again very upset. Aarti was about to begin and suddenly a person (wearing white clothes and white handkerchief on head) along with his son got up from one of the front rows and I immediately rushed to take his place. As soon as he left that place, I couldn’t find him anymore there. That is it. I was right in front of the Baba in the main hall and soon the aarti began. I was so happy that I couldn’t stop myself crying. Throughout the aarti my eyes were filled with tears. And couldn’t believe Baba arranged for me such a nice darshan.
