Ifelt really bad and prayed to SHIRDI SAI BABA, and i knew i would get it because BABA is always with us, on the way i saw BABA idol n i felt very happy n i got positive feelings and vibes,in the same manner within some time without any problems and queries i got all the documents with my transfer certificate of the previous college.
