It made extremely interesting reading . I have heard of pad yatras but never really thought of 1 myself. All I did was walked from my home to Siddhi Vinayak temple a distance of 9-10 km and once from home to Sai baba temple a distance of 7 km. I used to live in Pune, I saw many people doing padayatra to Pandarpur. I never thought of participating in it. But, later I realized its sweetness, when I climbed the Tirumala(Lord Balaji) mountain.
